"We have a 2.5 years old standard poodle and this was the first time in his life that he was spending more than 3 consecutive days outside of our home being looked after by someone different than a family member. Everything went super well, Zhen updated us via the app on a daily basis, sending pictures and a few words to reassure us. Our dog spent a wonderful week at Zhen's farm, getting plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs on a daily basis. Zhen understands dog behaviour and psychology very well and it shows. He took the time to explained to me clearly how his daily routine with the dogs happened, the feeding and play time schedule as well as the relax times throughout the day before taking him in. He is very professional and reassuring. At the end of the 7 days stay with Zhen, my dog was happy to see me and his behaviour at home was exactly the same as before he left which tells me that he had a great time at the farm and was well treated and respected by Zhen and his family.
I highly recommend Zhen's dog boarding services. I have found the perfect dog sitter for my poodle and will use his services in the near future "

"Julianne est une personne très gentille, paisible et aimante des animaux. Notre petite chienne l’a senti dès qu’on est arrivés à son appartement: elle a fait le tour de l’appartement, elle a donné quelques bisous à Julianne et s’est couchée par terre, tranquille pendant qu’on discutait avec Julianne: elle s’est tout de suite sentie à l’aise.
Son séjour s’est très bien passé. Julianne nous a envoyé des photos et nous a donné des nouvelles à tous les jours.
On recommande fortement Julianne pour faire garder vos petits chiens!

"Tristan was incredible dog sitter for our two doggies. Crystal as anxiety separation issues, an benz is a very energetic dog. But Tristan made them both feel like at home an sent us daily pictures, an we could see they where happy to be there. It was very comforting an reassuring being away for our 8 days. Even notice great improvement on both of them walking technic. I highly recommand Tristan to anyone whom need a dog sitter an trust worthy person with our special family pets. I will definetly being using is services again during futur vacations. "

"Je recommande fortement Eliott et Marine pour garder vos toutous chiens.
J'habite à Sherbrooke et je referai la route sans hésitations à chacune de mes prochaines escapades pour que mon cavalier king charles de 5 ans puisse également avoir de belles vacances adaptées et personnalisées.
Dès le premier contact, je me suis vraiment senti écouter et en confiance. Laisser un animal qu'on aime est si difficile mais, je sentais Eliott et Marine et total contôle de la situation. Je pouvais poser toutes mes questions, faire part de mes inquiétudes (c'était ma première utilisation avec l'application pawshake) et j'avais toujours des réponses complètes et détaillés.
Merci encore à Eliott et Marine pour leur flexibilité, la rapidité des suivis et surtout d'offrir aux petites bêtes un environnement à la fois calme, respectueux, rempli d'amour et personnalisé. Mon chien à également eu la chance de socialiser en douceur avec d'autres chiens.
Tout au long du séjour, Eliott et Marine envoient des nouvelles, des photos et des vidéos de vos animaux. Ils m'ont également mentionné à plusieurs reprises qu'à n'importe quel moment je pouvais leur écrire. Je n'avais jamais l'impression de les déranger. Ça enlevait un immense poids sur mes épaules de la savoir entres bonnes mains et donc je pouvais prendre mes vacances de 2 semaines l'esprit tranquille.
ils ont prix la peine de garder les habitudes de mon chien, de l'habillé avec ses petits vêtements et foulards pour sortir dehors. Mon chien est revenue vraiment sereine de ses petites vacances avec eux.
Je prévois d'ailleurs un prochain voyage cet été et je referai affaire avec eux, c'est certains!!

"Nous sommes très satisfaits d'avoir choisi Julien pour s'occuper de notre chat Toranaga, car il prend un seul animal à la fois et se consacre à son bien-être. Notre chat a été adopté bébé pendant la covid donc à besoin d'une présence quasi constante même s'il est indépendant il préfère ne pas être seul. Julien lui offrait cette présence tout en étant respectueux de sa liberté de chat timide. Nous avons reçu des photos de notre chat qui prenait ses aises dans l'appartement tout au long de notre voyage et Julien répondait rapidement lorsque nous prenions des nouvelles de notre chat. Nous recommandons Julien comme gardien et nous lui confierons de nouveaux nôtre chat s'il est libre durant nos vacances."

"J'ai laissé ma chatonne de 3 mois à garder pour la première fois, chez Julie. J'avais une petite boule au ventre avant de partir. Julie m'a tout de suite paru douce, gentille et vraiment attentionnée envers les animaux, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. Elle m'a tout de suite mise en confiance ce qui m'a permis de partir de Montréal sereine pour ma petite. J'ai reçu des nouvelles avec photos durant mon absence et cela est vraiment très appréciable lorsqu'on est un brin "inquiète" comme moi!.... Je recommande vivement Julie pour le gardiennage d'animaux de compagnie et je vais surtout conserver ses services pour ma bébé Naïttuq! "Christine et sa famille sont des gardiens extraordinaires! Ils se sont très bien occupés de Zola, ma chienne âgée 6 ans. Ils ont été très attentionnés, accueillant et chaleureux tout en s’ajustant aux besoins et capacités du chien.
C’est une famille qui adore les animaux et qui en prenne soins ! Zola était bien et heureuse avec cette famille lors de son séjour.
Je me suis sentie en sécurité de laisser Zola avec eux. Les communications étaient justes et appropriées, ce qui me rassurait beaucoup.
