"C'était la première fois que nous faisions garder nos deux petits chiens et quelle chance d'avoir rencontré Virginie qui nous a mis rapidement en confiance. Virginie est une gardienne très consciencieuse qui de toute évidence aime les chiens, a un bon sens de l'observation et ajuste son approche selon les besoins ou les habitudes de l'animal. Notre petite vacances fut paisable sachant que nos deux chiens étaient en sécurité et bien soignés. Je suis certaine que nos deux trésors à quatre pattes ont eux-mêmes eu une belle vacances au domicile de Virginie."

"Absolutely wonderful! I was a bit nervous leaving my dog with a stranger - first time in 6 years that family or friends weren’t available due to the holidays. My dog is very sweet but does have an aggressive streak that sometimes comes out around some other dogs. Holly was very reassuring and set a lot of my concerns to rest when we did a meet and greet a few weeks before the sitting period.
My dog had a wonderful time and settled in very quickly. Holly provided regular updates and pictures as we had arranged.
Would definitely use the Pawshake service again and Holly would be my #1 choice!"

"Jade really helped us out in a pinch when she took our standard poodle, Mr. Darcy, for a two-night stay while my wife and I went for a weekend vacation with a friend. We had had a few pet-sitting possibilities fall through, and we were running out of time to make the arrangements.
Jade was very prompt in responding to my request, and all during the week leading up to our vacation she was available to answer my questions and to plan the drop-off. She swiftly made arrangements to meet for the first time since we had never boarded Mr. Darcy with her before. She was very friendly in person as well, and I appreciated that she asked questions about his personality and sociability as well as his behaviour and needs.
She also gave us updates during our trip, including some pictures of Darcy having lots of fun at the fenced-in dog park. When I picked him up (with a very smooth hand-off), he was very tired and very happy. I would gladly board Mr Darcy with Jade again any time!"

"We left our husky-mix with Mellissa for 2 weeks while we went on holiday to Europe. I was a bit nervous about being so far away from our dog and Mellissa put all my fears to rest as soon as I met her and her partner and their lovely gentle giant dog, Jasper. The meet and greet was wonderful; she asked all about my dog's personality and routines and our dog felt so comfortable. She sent supportive and informative updates as well as fun photos showing our dog cuddling, walking and playing with the family unit. We have already booked her for a few days in October. "Stephanie is truly the best. We’ve had a busy few months, so our pup has been spending a lot of time with Stephanie and her beautiful family and honestly… I think she may be living her best life over there.
She’s so knowledgeable, calm, and completely in tune with the animals. The first time around we also had our kitty stay with her, and I still tell the story of how Stephanie immediately grabbed the cat and relocated her to a quiet room before things escalated into what could only be described as a full feline emotional breakdown. Crisis successfully averted.
Our pup is also a slightly neurotic Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with very strong opinions about walks, food, and probably the economy. Stephanie somehow handles her with the patience of a saint and the confidence of someone diffusing a tiny furry hostage negotiation.
It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our little chaos goblin is loved and cared for so well. Thank you, Stephanie!
