Coming from a family who has always had pets, I've always been passionate about caring for animals. I've had dogs and cats my entire life and I would be more than welcomed to care for yours.
Why choose me ?
I understand how important it is to feel you're leaving your fur baby in a safe place. I will make sure to keep them happy and fed while you're away, or even just checking up on them, taking them out for a walk so we can get some exercise.
I live in a clean, well-kept semi detached home. I have a medium sized, semi-fenced front yard in case your pet isn’t yet ready for the “outside”. I would be happy to only hang out with them (on a leash) there if you so desired. Otherwise I have tooonns of toys and a huge cat tower
If not there a large park about 1 km from my house so I could walk them and play with them there. My neighborhood is in a residential area (speed limit 30 km/hr) with little to no traffic outside my neighbors.

Pourquoi me choisir ? 
Je comprends à quel point il est important de sentir que vous laissez votre bébé en fourrure dans un endroit sûr. Je m'assurerai de les garder heureux et nourris pendant votre absence, ou même simplement de les surveiller, de les emmener faire une promenade afin que nous puissions faire de l'exercice. 
Je vis dans une maison jumelée propre et bien entretenue. J'ai une cour avant semi-clôturée de taille moyenne au cas où votre animal ne serait pas encore prêt pour "l'extérieur". Je serais heureuse de me promener avec eux (en laisse) que si vous le souhaitez. Sinon, il y a un grand parc à environ 1 km de chez moi pour que je puisse les promener et jouer avec eux là-bas. Sinon j'ai une tonne de jouets et un très grand arbre à chats. 
Mon quartier est dans une zone résidentielle (vitesse limitée à 30 km/h) avec peu ou pas de circulation en dehors de mes voisins.

Good day!  My name is Chantal and I would love to help you care for your pets in any way that suits your needs.  As an animal lover, I have been spent my life surrounded by animals.  My husband and I provided a foster home to cats and dogs in need for several years.  We currently have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 3 fish (on top of the 3 kids :P).
Over the years we have also had the pleasure of rescuing a rabbit and 3 rats.  We have raised our children to love and respect animals and we continue to try and help our community when we can.&nbsp;&nbsp;
As an animal owner, I understand how important it is to have someone reliable care for your pets so that you can have peace of mind.  I am available for home visits, pet sitting in my home, dog walking as well as other needs.
For dog walking/in-home visits I am available mornings and afternoons.  Other times can be negotiated upon request. Walks and home visits generally last about 30 to 45 minutes.  I am happy to bring in your mail, water your plants and any other required tasks.&nbsp;&nbsp;
If chosing to have your pet board with us or for doggy day care, know that there will be lots of love and cuddles coming their way!  My kids are 8, 11 and 14 years old and love to help with all animals!  Your animals will be free to roam if that's what you prefer.  In the event that animals aren't getting along there are several rooms with doors and windows where we can find a comfortable location for all animals! On top of the dog park a short walk away,  we also have a large fully fenced back yard where your dogs can play and stretch.  We do 2 half hour walks a day and lots of playtime throughout the day.  I am able to administer medication if needed. Our 2 dogs are a yorkie and a border collie mix.  The yorkie is older and keeps to herself while the collie is very playful and loves having dog friends around! Our cat Chai likes his space spends most of his day in my daughter's room. We are home most of the time, with the exception of an hour some evenings for kids activities. And, of course, I'd be happy to send as many pics as you'd like to keep you updated!&nbsp;

I grew up with dogs and part of a street animal rescue team in Taiwan. My friends and colleagues often rely on me to pet sit for them, as they know I am reliable and dependable. I love spending time with animals and truly care for their safety and well-being. Your pets will enjoy much attention (if that's what they like!) and a caring, safe household. Either myself or my partner are almost always at home, so your pets won't be lonely at all!I am currently working part time at home.&nbsp; And usually available almost everday.&nbsp; I am pretty flexible if you need pet sitting or dog walking in downtown Ottawa.I would take care of the pets based on your preference. Definitely will give your pet a lot of attentions and love. My place is very clean and safe with no environmental hazards or risks for your pet. I love animals and give them the love, care, and patience they deserve.I would cuddle with your cat if they allow me too and help them exercise and entertain them. With dogs, we would explore the nearby park and jog (on leash). Of course, frequent petting and playing (if your pet is into that!) to get both of us entertained and in shape!

Good care and a fun time are what my partner and I can guarantee for your pet! If your fur babies like a day out at the park or they love the outdoors, we live in Rockliffe which is the most dog-friendly neighbourhood in Ottawa! We also frequently take pets out on small hikes to explore the nearby parks if their parents are up for it and want their pets to have a vacation as well 

As a perk - you can put in a special request for some A+ photos as well of your pets as both of us have a knack for photography  

Your pet stays in a home, free to roam and explore, rather than in the confines of a 3-foot cage typical in kennels or pet hotels. 

Grooming, Feeding, Cooking, Walking, Basic Training, Playing and administering basic medication - these are things I pride myself on being good with our four-legged friends. My experience stems from raising 15 dogs myself back in my home country, which includes 8 German Shepherds and 2 Pomeranians apart from the others. I have also adopted 5 other dogs who I have cared for since they were puppies as well. I'd like to say, I know the habits of quite a varied range of breeds.

My partner and I have flexible work-from-home jobs, so depending on if we have rover pets over we work from home or head to the office. We prefer to be home and not leave your pets at home alone in a new environment even if it is just for a bit, as we know how stressful it can be. We’d only accept a booking if we can be present throughout their stay 
Although have not professionally before - I am looking to pursue professional experience in dog training, grooming and care as a new career choice and this would be a stepping stone into it.&nbsp;

We live in Rockliffe - the most dog-friendly neighbourhood in Ottawa! With many parks and two off-leash fenced parks as well in the area, there is no shortage of fun walks or socializing opportunities for your pet depending on their personality! We live in an apartment but have built the space in our home to keep it open concept and have a nice big ( safely fenced ) balcony as well, where a lot of our pet guests loved lazing in amongst our many many pet-safe plants 

Our apartment has easily and comfortably accommodated 2 dogs, and we would not board more than 2 at a time for their comfort. Giving your pet much-deserved attention while you are away is our priority.

We are very active folks so your pets are guaranteed walks/visits to parks depending on their energy levels and social skills.

What information is important to know about your pet ahead of time?

1) How social is your dog? Do they get along with other dogs and cats?
2) Any specific feeding instructions?
3) Is your pet comfortable at home alone for small stretches of time? If so, for how long?
4) What is your dog's idea of good fun - out in the park, playing fetch, or any specific trick/game?
5) Any barking, Chewing habits or resource guarding?
6) Any reactiveness or aggressiveness towards other dogs?
7) Is your pet fully vaccinated?
8) Free from diseases ( Kennel cough, Fleas, Parasites, etc)
9) Is your pet Spayed/neutered?

I can take your dog for any sort of walk they require and will ensure they have a good experience with playing and training if you would like. I have experience looking after others dogs anywhere from 1 day to 1 month. I have trained 2 of my own dogs as well as helped friends with theirs. I love spending time with any sort of animal and will ensure they are hapoy and well taken care of. The pets do have to be vaccinated but not neutered for me to take care of them. I am open to all ages and sizes. I am also open to them socializing with my chocolate lab or if it it your preference, I can keep them separate too. The dog walks will be catered to only your puppy.&nbsp;

I offer dog walking, boarding and in home visits. I will only board dogs from 1 household at a time to ensure they get all the attention they need! I normally walk dogs anywhere from 30min - 1 hour, 2-3x a day, depending on the dogs needs! I am able to administer medications as well as take them to any services they require. I can also assist with training if you would like! I am available in the evenings and weekends. I also work from home on Friday and am able to offer them attention all day. I would only be able to board or look after pets during these times. I live in a single family home with my parents and my brother and we have a fully fenced back yard with plenty of space. There are also many parks around and areas for off-leash and on-leash activities. The guest pets are able to explore our house and yard and can be inside or outside, as per the owners wishes!
