We have Charlie, one of the most trained dog in the neighborhood and willing to help anyone at anytime. We've taken care of small dogs like a Chihuahua to an 85lbs dog. High energy dogs are welcome as we setup play time with other dogs, play fetch and walks when ever needed. We are also used to handling puppies and their lovely behaviours. We've been doing this for years but just got onto this platform, we have a "Star Sitter" badge on other platform.
My wife and I are always at home, day and night, well except when we're out for walks. At least once in the morning and another in the evening. So we are available for boarding any time, weekend and weekdays.
We live in a semi-detached home with a fully fenced back and side yard big enough for our furry friends to play. And we have a very adaptable American Eskimo that can accompany your dog or give them space when needed, we have plenty of space in the main floor or the basement to play. But in down time, they all prefer the bay window where they can watch the entire street.&nbsp;&nbsp;
We respect boundaries and limitations, if you trained your dog in a certain way, let us know so we can keep it consistent. Such as no sitting on furniture, off limits to certain spaces, such as the kitchen and more. This way we don't undo your hard work and confuses the dog.We are experienced with many kind of behaviors in dogs, just let us know in advance, so we know what to expect. And if there's any you would like assistance on, we'll do our best. Waiting in the entry area for our command to continue including waiting for their turn in feeding time, finishing their portion of food in one sitting, desensitizing from touching their paws (helpful for trimming and putting on winter boots)&nbsp;
We walk the dogs at least 2 times a day, higher energy dog may get additional walks and other excercises such as fetching. We administer oral and topical medication, prepare foods according to your instructions. All at no additional fee.
What our typical day looks like? We let them out in the backyard in the the morning before we get ready for the morning walks.Feeding time is always after the walk then a little break/play indoor before letting them out in the yard again for another play time.Nappy time is almost guaranteed after, some prefer the cooler basement but most wants to be in the bay window where they can watch the neighborhood. But they all just naps there.Late afternoon they get to play outside again before we prep them for another walk then feeding time.They get to play a bit after on the main floor before heading down to the basement where the good dogs (all of them) get a little treat.One last time outside before we head to sleep, either they are more comfortable in their own kennel or joins us in the bedroom, but not on the bed.



I am a lifelong animal lover and pet parent. I have lived with/cared for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rodents, rabbits, chickens, and snakes! I am Animal First Aid &amp; CPR certified through St. John's Ambulance and I have experience caring for senior pets, wildlife rescues, and administering medications.&nbsp;I have been caring for my own and others' pets all my life. I'm a full-time Pet Mom and Animal Caregiver so I have plenty of time to care for your pets too! I'm always available 9am-5pm weekdays, and can take overnight stays any day of the week/weekend as well. I'm extremely flexible, so any requests are welcomed!I have a car for transport and a nice dog park nearby for exercise. There's a huge field next to my building for bathroom breaks. I have gates, potty training materials, mobility equipment, and a medium crate if necessary. I also have lots of comfy cushions and blankets to lounge on. All animals are welcome on my couch for cuddles! :)I use my car for transport to local dog parks for one hour daily (boarding and for daycare). We have two 30 minute walks daily, and 60 minute walks for higher energy dogs. I have the common area gated so my cats can have time away from dogs as needed. PLEASE NOTE: I can accomodate up to 2 sets of small caged animals but I only take one dog at a time whether it's for daycare or boarding. Everyone is welcome on my couch and I have a small and medium sized crate available for use if needed. For small animals I have barricades for free roam time in the bedroom, and I have a full two story critter nation cage for downtime/sleep.I do day visits for animals who are more comfortable in their own homes (mostly for cats). I will spend 30 minutes at your home to play with your pet, assess for injury or illness, and feed/water them. If you require multiple days I will also include litter/cage cleaning, a perimeter check of your home and mail pickup.**Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviours that I can accomodate for, in advance. I have a variety of equipment and materials I can prepare.

I work as a teacher, so my availability follows a school schedule. During school holidays, I am fully dedicated to your pet during their stay. During the school year, I am at your pet's beck and call on weekends all day and after 3:30 pm on weekdays. I am also open to weekday stays as long as your dog would be comfortable staying home alone between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. I love to be active, and I will make sure your fur baby will get multiple walks and engaging play time, or if they prefer rest and relaxation, I will offer lots of cuddles! You will receive updated messages and photos throughout their stay including appetite and sleep observations. However, I can also appreciate that you may need a break from technology, so if you prefer that I only contact you in the event of an emergency, I am happy to accommodate.
Physical safety is of utmost concern when your pet is in my care. To ensure their safety, please note:1) I have gotten all of my Covid-19 vaccines. I also follow all health and safety guidelines as recommended by public health.2) If an emergency arises, I have a car.3) My house is cleaned with non-toxic cleaners. I am open to hosting other types of pets as well.4) Long-term stays are welcome5) I will strictly follow your diet and medication administration (if applicable) instructions.

I'm a 34 year old woman who has just moved to Toronto, who absolutely lives and breathes all things animal- which is helpful, considering I work in a dog grooming salon!  
I worked for Pawshake New Zealand until moving to Canada, so I have a lot of experience looking after cats and dogs professionally. (See photos for my reviews.) I have looked after 25+ animals and had such a wonderful experience with them all that I would love to continue pet sitting in Canada! I have had a cat previously and more recently, my own dog (who is now nine years old), so I've gained a lot of knowledge about communication, training and overall care that way.
I am able to pet sit in your own home or board small dogs in my own. 
I have experience looking after a range of sizes of animals, from tiny (1kg) dogs, up to large (40kg) ones. As I also have experience with sick animals, I feel prepared to meet the needs of any animals who need extra attention, especially any who need to be given medications or who have medical concerns that mean they need to be supervised.
