"We have a 2.5 years old standard poodle and this was the first time in his life that he was spending more than 3 consecutive days outside of our home being looked after by someone different than a family member. Everything went super well, Zhen updated us via the app on a daily basis, sending pictures and a few words to reassure us. Our dog spent a wonderful week at Zhen's farm, getting plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs on a daily basis. Zhen understands dog behaviour and psychology very well and it shows. He took the time to explained to me clearly how his daily routine with the dogs happened, the feeding and play time schedule as well as the relax times throughout the day before taking him in. He is very professional and reassuring. At the end of the 7 days stay with Zhen, my dog was happy to see me and his behaviour at home was exactly the same as before he left which tells me that he had a great time at the farm and was well treated and respected by Zhen and his family.
I highly recommend Zhen's dog boarding services. I have found the perfect dog sitter for my poodle and will use his services in the near future "

"Absolutely recommend. Melanie was kind and communicative. I immediately trusted her to take good care of our cat. She sent pictures daily and let us know how it was going. Bonus that location-wise, it is so easy and quick to get there if you use transit, coach bus, or train.
Je le recommande absolument. Mélanie a été gentille et communicative. Tout de suite on été confiant de la confié notre chat. Elle envoyait des photos quotidiennement et nous faisait savoir comment ça se passait. Bonus que en termes d'emplacement, il est si facile et rapide de s'y rendre si vous utilisez les transports en commun, les autocars, ou le train."

"Notre Charlot a été en pension pendant 9 dodos chez Nancy et sa famille, ils ont très bien pris soin de lui. Lorsque je suis allée le chercher, Nancy m’a donné quelques conseils, elle connaît bien les chiens et j’ai une grande confiance en elle. De plus elle lui avait donné un bain, il était tout propre et il sentait bon. Je vous recommande cet pension pour votre chien bien-aimé, il sera bien traité et surtout il ne sera jamais seul.

"It was the first time using this app and we are gratefully surprised. We were nervous but Sabina and Loïs took care of our furry son while we were out of the country for one month and 20 days and they made sure that we could feel so confident. They were extremely proactive on sending photos and pictures every day. When we came back to Montreal we received a happy and well care dog. For sure we will rebook with them for our future plans.

"What can I say? Dangelo is the absolute best! He took in my little furbaby and took care of her like she was his own. He followed up with me daily to let me know how she was doing - took a couple of videos of her playing with the other dogs he was babysitting, and just all around was so good to her. I cried when I had to leave her with him, but he reassured me that he was going to take great care of her and he did. One of the best things I have to recommend or commend him for was the change in my dog's behaviour. I thought she would have severe separation anxiety and behavioural issues when she left. I was really worried about that, but she was calm and at peace with Dangelo. He also noticed the change in her behaviour as well, and let me know here and there what she was up to. When I brought her back home, she was calm and serene. I don't know how that happened.. lol.. I think it was because she spent time with other dogs and in a very peaceful environment. She is so calm now, I can't thank Dangelo enough. Dangelo is the absolute best and I can't recommend him enough! He is now my doggy babysitter when I go away. Thank you Dangelo 😊"

"Cindy a gardé chez elle ma petite lapine pendant une semaine et tout s’est très bien déroulé. J’ai été sereine du début à la fin et ma petite lapine aussi. C’est avec plaisir que je ferai de nouveau appel à Cindy pour de prochaines gardes. Je vous la recommande, elle est douce et aimante avec les animaux mais comprend aussi leurs maîtres et donne des nouvelles régulièrement."

"We entrusted our dog Mérida to Alejandra and her partner for a three-week boarding, and we were really satisfied with their service. They exceeded our expectations as caretakers.
Since it was Mérida's first time spending time with strangers, we were a bit worried, but they created a warm and secure environment for Mérida.
Throughout the boarding period, they were incredibly attentive to Mérida. They sent us regular updates, keeping us informed about her well-being and daily activities. They made sure she received enough exercise and attention.
We were pleasantly surprised to see how quickly Mérida adapted to his new environment, a testament to the care and attention Alejandra provided.

"Storm is an energetic terrier so she requires exercise to release it. Tristan had cared for her on an overnight stay for the first time. He updates you with pics and brought her out for walks . I feel he genuinely likes animals. It is nice that he has a backyard too for those dogs that like to stay out a little longer. Storm was tired and slept when she got home so he did a great job! Bonus: It's also great that we don't have to go into Montreal for a dog sitter😉"

"Melissa et Andy sont le meilleur choix que j’ai pu faire pour garder mes deux bébés.
Dés la première seconde mes chatons se sont sentis chez eux, surtout Rum, un petit gars à l’énergie très débordante et ma petite Jin toute timide qui a pris ses repères grâce à la douceur et à la patience de Melissa et Andy.

"Fannie s’est très bien occupée de Morphée et nous a envoyé des nouvelles/photos très régulièrement. Nous apprécions sa gentillesse et sa patience car nous étions stressé notamment au début. C’était la 1 ère fois que nous laissions notre chat en pension depuis la perte de notre chat précédent (Martini) aussi pendant des vacances. Tout est là pour le confort et le bien être des chats avec pleins de petites cachettes pour les explorateurs. C’est donc à mains et pattes levées à l’unanimité que nous avons déclaré Fannie comme notre gardienne officielle! "

"Il n’y a pas assez d’étoile pour noter cet excellente gardienne et le très bon service. Anne-Sophie est une gardienne très attentionnée et affectueuse. Je lui ai laissé mon chien pour un voyage hors Canada et chaque jour je recevais un message avec des photos et vidéo. "Mégane s’est occupée de mon beagle pendant une dizaine de jours, elle m’a régulièrement envoyé des photos d’Ollie qui avait l’air d’être à l’aise et heureuse. Elle lui a même offert une friandise pour fêter Noël! J’ai bien aimé le fait qu’elle ait un chien parce qu’Ollie est anxieuse et elle est rassurée auprès d’un autre chien. Je la recommande ! "

"Martin is the absolute best.
We left our small dog with him for almost 3 weeks this time and Martin took excellent care of our Snowpea. He sent daily updates with pictures, made sure the dogs (there was overlap with other dogs) got along well and played with each other in a safe manner, and him and his partner also made sure our doggy got lots of love during our absence. Also, he is a miracle worker as our dog came back home much better behaved than before :-)
I highly recommend Martin and I will definitely leave Snowpea with him in the future. "
