I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds! I am the proud mamma of a fun loving Newfie, a sweet tuxedo cat, and have owned other dogs and cats as well. I have experience working in animal welfare and rescue, where I help care for a multitude of animals on a regular basis. I have also developed animal welfare programming and pet sitting resources for local rescues. I understand the individual needs and play styles of your pets and will strive to meet these needs during every visit!
Do you have a low energy or senior pet who just needs a little bit of company while you’re away? Or a high energy pet that loves puzzle toys? No problem! I am also very comfortable with shy pets, and can work with dogs that are still learning good play manners! Your pet’s safety is of the utmost importance to me.
Please let me know before the first visit if your pet(s) has/have any: - Dietary restrictions - Medical concerns/exercise restrictions - Reactivity to other animals/people - Training cues that you’re working on! Be sure to let me know if your pet has a favourite toy, game, or walking path too! Need some extra reassurance while you’re at work or away? I grew up with dogs and part of a street animal rescue team in Taiwan. My friends and colleagues often rely on me to pet sit for them, as they know I am reliable and dependable. I love spending time with animals and truly care for their safety and well-being. Your pets will enjoy much attention (if that's what they like!) and a caring, safe household. Either myself or my partner are almost always at home, so your pets won't be lonely at all!I am currently working part time at home.&nbsp; And usually available almost everday.&nbsp; I am pretty flexible if you need pet sitting or dog walking in downtown Ottawa.I would take care of the pets based on your preference. Definitely will give your pet a lot of attentions and love. My place is very clean and safe with no environmental hazards or risks for your pet. I love animals and give them the love, care, and patience they deserve.I would cuddle with your cat if they allow me too and help them exercise and entertain them. With dogs, we would explore the nearby park and jog (on leash). Of course, frequent petting and playing (if your pet is into that!) to get both of us entertained and in shape!
