I am a late twenties gal from the UK and I have been in Vancouver since 2020. I have my own little kitty, Beans, who was adopted from the SPCA last year and is the apple of my eye. Back home, I have a cat called Freckles who is 21 and she has been my best friend for nearly my whole life. 
I've always had cats, and there's nothing I love more than a good kitty snuggle! I have experience administering oral medications, cutting nails and brushing teeth (with some scars to prove it!) and have always cared for friends and family cats on a casual basis. 
I am happy to make a couple of visits to your loved ones per day, around my work schedule (8:00-4:00), and flexible on weekends. I would also be happy to take your pets for their walkies outside and play with them to keep them stimulated. I travel by bicycle or transit, which does limit the distance that I can go - especially before work. 
I will always send pictures as I know first hand how important it is to have regular updates, and I can water your plant whilst I am at your home️

Hi, I'm Niamh, I have recently moved here from Dublin, Ireland. I was a dog walker and pet sitter for two years at home and have experience with dogs and pets of all kinds. 
I have grown up my whole life with dogs, having had up to 5 dogs at one point of all shapes and sizes. I have experience with dogs with behavioural issues on walks and know how to read their body language in order to keep them happy and safe.

I am applying to be a pet sitter because of my absolute love for them. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat back home and I miss them like crazy. My name is sana and I am a very avid animal lover. I have worked with almost 50 dogs in my life and volunteered to help many more. I have rescued around 25 dogs and fostered 5. I have also owned a dog since I was 12 years old. I have worked with dogs of all ages and sizes and can also control dogs who are a bit more sensitive. I have also rescued 15 cats and fostered 1 and have worked with 20 cats. I have volunteered with an animal shelter over the summer and groomed and took the dogs for a walk everyday. I started my own local rescue organization back in my hometown and we helped rehome 5 dogs and saved them from being hit by cars or starving to death. I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and definitely know how to respect their boundaries and treat them well. I am also used to picking up poop and dealing with anything cuz I have nursed various sick animals back to health. 

I also had several birds and fish growing up as well. 

I do not have a car but I am willing to take the bus if you are living further away. I can also walk multiple dogs at once. You can trust me wholeheartedly to deal with any situation. 

I study from home and I am a full time student so I have plenty of time in my hand to walk the dog any time of day. 


Hi there! My name is Carl and I am a big fan of pets of all kinds, so I want to help you take care of yours.&nbsp;
I am a 30-year-old man and have lived with pets my whole life; growing up I had two dogs, two rats, and a cat, and now I have two cats of my own. Living as a renter in Vancouver, it's been hard to find a pet-friendly home that is big enough for a dog, which is a big part of why I want to help you take care of yours! I also absolutely love cats, and the more I have in my life the better.
I currently work as a metalworker on a weekend shift, which means from Monday to Thursday I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets! This means I am ideal for people who work Monday-Friday or travel for work often and need someone to help them out a bit with dog-walking and pet sitting during the week. Morning, afternoon, and evening are all fine for me; whatever helps you out the most!
Cats and dogs both tend to love me pretty quickly, and I don't think I will have any problems putting your pets at ease. I had a german sheperd and an australian sheperd growing up, so I have plenty of experience with big dogs and energetic dogs - and I love taking them for walks or hanging out with them.
My area has plenty of great places for dog walks, such as Memorial South Park, Macdonald Park, and Queen Elizabeth Park. I am also happy to come to you and walk your dog around whatever parks you have in your neighbourhood.
If that all sounds good to you, I offer the following services:

Dog Walking: I offer 30-45 minute dog walks. I will come to you, pick up your dog(s), and take them for a walk around your neighbourhood and any nearby parks before dropping them off back at home. I will not take your dog off leash unless specifically requested by the owner and only in enclosed spaces such as fenced off-leash dog areas at a park. Dog walking costs $18, with an extra $5 charge per extra dog. If you have a particularly energetic dog that needs longer than 45 minutes let me know and I am happy to work something out so I can accomodate your pet's needs.
Home Visits: I offer drop-in home visits. Depending on the pet and their needs I am happy to stay for up to 40 minutes per visit. During this time I can feed your pets, top up their water, take dogs outside to use the bathroom, administer oral medications, clean up after your pets, scoop litterboxes, take out any garbage, and do basic household maintenance like bringing in the mail and watering plants. I will send you (at least) one photo update per sitting and will absolutely take your pet to the vet if neccessary. Home visits cost $25 for one visit a day or $35 for two visits a day.
House Sitting: I offer overnight stays at your home with your pets. During this time I will do everything included in the Home Visits service while also providing 24-hour care and attention for your pets. If I have appointments that require me to leave the house during the stay I will let you know at time of booking. Overnight House Sitting costs $55 per day.
