J’ai grandi entourée de lapins, j’ai eu un chat et j’ai eu la chance de m’occuper de plusieurs chats, chiens et même de quelques poules !  Cette diversité d’expériences m’a permis d’apprendre à reconnaître les besoins et le caractère unique de chaque animal.

Après avoir perdu mon fidèle chat Minou (Berlioz), qui a partagé un grand chapitre de ma vie, j’ai ressenti le besoin de continuer à prendre soin d’autres animaux et de leur offrir affection et confort.

Mon approche est basée sur la communication avec les propriétaires des animaux, je m'attends à recevoir des lignes directrices de la part des propriétaires des animaux sur les besoins en terme de nourriture (quand ? quantité ? fréquence ?), les préférences de leurs animaux, les caractères. Je suis très attentionnée, j'aime beaucoup jouer avec les animaux lors des promenades ou à la maison.&nbsp;
Chez moi, je possède quelques jouets pour les chats, mais je m'attends à ce que le propriétaire me prête les jouets préférés de ses animaux afin que ces derniers se sentent en sécurité et confortables même en dehors de la maison. Assurez-vous que je vous enverrai tout plein de photos de votre compagnon lorsque je passerai du temps avec lui ou elle :)

I would love to have my own pet at home, unfortunately I have no the chance right now, so I'm trying to share my love for pets with other dogs, walking and taking care of them. 
I have experienced specially with small sized dogs, my last dogs were dachshund, when I moved to Toronto they stay with my mom, so I miss them a lot!

I currently have a middle-aged cat named Patchy, and previously had a cat named Princess who lived until she was 21 years old. I also used to have a Bloodhound and a Black Lab/Shephard mix, so I am very confident with dogs, big and small. My Bloodhound was a rescue and had many fears and medical issues, so I am used to caring for an animal with special needs. In addition, my Lab lived a long life and needed a great deal of care during her senior years due to arthritis, so I am experienced and compassionate about providing love and care to senior pets, as well as younger ones. During the pandemic I worked at a dog grooming shop where I washed dogs, and had a chance to work with many types of dogs, and made sure that they were as comfortable as possible while visiting the groomers. 
I also worked as a Live Animal Education Facilitator for 15 years, during which time I provided educational and hands-on experiences for children and adults with a variety of animals, including mammals, ( ex. rabbits, guinea  Pigs, rodents, ground squirrels, Sugar Gliders, chinchillas ) reptiles ( ex. lizards, geckos, turtles, snakes) amphibians (ex. Salamanders, frogs) birds, ( ex doves, chickens) so I am comfortable caring for pretty much any type of animal.

During the school year I work as a supply teacher for preschool children, so I have lots of time to help you out, and provide you with the comfort of knowing that your pet/s are in very experienced and loving hands.

I’ve been an animal lover all my life especially when it comes to dogs. Back in India, I fostered a street puppy for over 2.5 years before moving to Canada. He was just a month old when I found him, and caring for him was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I also volunteered with an animal rescue NGO in India for about 2.5 years. We rescued street dogs and those suffering under neglectful or abusive conditions, cared for them, and helped them find loving forever homes. As part of our work, we also fed around 80–90 street dogs every day.
