"I really appreciate Mengzhu's proactive communication with me, checking in with me in advance to confirm plans are still in place. She arrives at the requested times and spends enough time to feed, clean litter, and have a bit of a play or snuggle with our 2 boys. She sends pictures too and let's us know how they are doing, which is reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mengzhu as a caring and reliable pet sitter. "

"Otto has babysat my cats for years, even before joining Pawshake, and it has always been a fantastic experience. He is consistently caring, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. Whenever I return from a long vacation, my cats are never stressed; it feels as though I’ve only been gone for a few hours. Instead of coming home to two anxious cats, I find a happy household with two content boys excited to see me. During my most recent two-week trip to Europe, Otto kept in touch the entire time, sending adorable photos and regular updates.
I have always felt confident and reassured knowing my home was safe in Otto’s hands. He cares for my home with the same diligence he shows my cats, and I trust both are safe with him.
I cannot recommend Otto highly enough for his kindness, conscientiousness, and exceptional pet care."

"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Jane did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my cat Whiskey for 2 weeks while I was away for the holidays. She visited every day and played with him, cleaned up his litter, and kept him company over the holidays. My cat is usually stubborn and not quick to liking strangers, but she bonded with him very well and they had a great time together! She kept me frequently updated with messages and pictures, and took great care of him! "Olivia is a kind and very conscientious cat care giver. Our elderly cats have complicated care, and Olivia did an excellent job of looking after them while we were gone. She attended well to their picky eating habits. She took lots of beautiful photos of our cats and contacted us regularly about their care and well-being.
