"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

She visited every day and played with him, cleaned up his litter, and kept him company over the holidays. My cat is usually stubborn and not quick to liking strangers, but she bonded with him very well and they had a great time together! "Olivia is a kind and very conscientious cat care giver. Our elderly cats have complicated care, and Olivia did an excellent job of looking after them while we were gone. She attended well to their picky eating habits. She took lots of beautiful photos of our cats and contacted us regularly about their care and well-being.
