Hello, I'm Shaylene!

I have a sweet 4-year-old bunny named Georgia Peach and have had 2 German Shepherds growing up!

With these two very different pets, I’ve gained experience in understanding their unique needs, whether it’s a bunny’s quiet, calm space or a dog’s energetic playtime, I'm able to adapt to whatever your pets needs may be.

I've struggled with trusting someone to care for my pets so I know the feeling and I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pet’s care, and I’m committed to offering a safe, nurturing environment for your fur family!

It can be very stressful being away from your fur babies so whether it’s regular check-ins, play sessions, or an afternoon walk, I’m here to make sure your pets are well cared for, happy, and relaxed while you’re away. You can rest easy knowing that your pet is in trusted hands with someone who genuinely loves animals!

Pets are so much more than animals, they are such a huge part of our lives and we are their whole life - so making sure they enjoy every moment is the most important thing to me and if I can be a small part of your pets life story, then that's all that matters to me!
I do feel like it's important to have your fur babies meet me and vice versa to ensure you feel comfortable with your decision - this service will be free of charge!

Hope to meet you and your fur family soon!

I have two semi-feral adopted cats who were found in an alley. Slowly over five years, with much patience and treats, I have gained their trust and created a calm and happy environment that attends to their needs. I have a lot of experience caring for cats of family, friends and neighbors, including senior cats and Sphynx cats who have special dietary needs and who take medication.
I adore animals and try to embed this compassion in every area of my life. I love meeting the beloved pets of my community and currently have a pretty flexible work schedule, allowing me to take on some extra pet sitting tasks. I can relate to worrying about your pet when away, especially if they are shy with new folks. I will make sure to listen to your pet's particular needs and preferences and create a trusting relationship where you can be sure I will prioritize these needs.

[Je parle aussi Français ]Hey there! Looking for the perfect petsitter for your adorable pet? Here I am! I am currently offering visits at your place and walks time only.I grew up surrounded by animals, and now I live with my two lovely cats, so I understand how important it is to trust someone to take care of our furry family members when we're away. With almost 10 years of experience as a pet sitter, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for both cats and dogs (and more!). When I moved in Montreal (from France), I’ve worked at a pet hotel, where I learned how to meet the specific needs of animals, whether they’re energetic youngsters or older companions requiring special care. I also had the opportunity to be a foster parent for the Montreal SPCA, taking care of six sick kittens, which gave me valuable experience in looking after vulnerable animals. Can't wait to meet you and your pet!
