He was reliable, kind, and very attentive to both of our cats—making sure they were well fed, cared for, and given lots of affection and playtime. "I highly recommend Rui as a conscientious and warm-hearted pet sitter. She looked after by cat for a month, and he was positively purring with good health when I returned. From our very first meeting with Rui, my cat responded to her quiet presence. And Rui described how she would look after my cat, and asked many questions about his food, litter, toys and habits. Rui sent me easily a dozen pictures of my cat, his food consumption and grooming, and her playfulness with him. I was very appreciative of Rui's attention to detail. Rui's comments about my cat's behaviour while I was away left me confident that my cat was in the hands of a caring and perceptive sitter. I'd give Rui more stars, but there are only 5!"

Habituellement quand je donne une note d’appréciation d’un service rendu je donne quasiement jamais une note parfaite car, je me dis, que la perfection n’hésite pas, qu’il y a toujours une façon de s’améliorer. Mais honnêtement pour Anna, tout a été plus que parfait. J’étais très inquiète de partir en voyage car mon chat a subitement été très malade peu de temps avant mon départ. Suite à cet épisode, il était encore vulnérable et devait prendre de la médication deux fois par jour. Anna a été plus qu’aux petits soins avec lui ainsi qu’avec mon autre chat. Je vous l’a recommande sans hésiter. Vous partirai l’esprit tranquille. "
