"Oriana was a great cat sitter. She took excellent care of our cat, and communicated with us daily with updates and photos. She responds quickly to messages and was very flexible, accommodating our schedules to come meet us and our cat, and to coordinate key drop-off and return. She is also very considerate and asked us the best time to visit our cat, and asked question if she was unsure of anything. I definitely recommend Oriana if you are looking for a cat sitter in Ottawa. "

"C'était la première fois que j'ai eu à utiliser les services de Pawshake -- ou de tout service de garde d'animaux d'ailleurs. J'ai fait appel à Isabelle, qui habite dans le même secteur que moi, pour s'occuper de ma chatte Mia pendant mes vacances. Je n'ai rien à redire, tout était parfait! Nous avons communiqué tous les jours avec le service de messages de Pawshake et j'ai reçu un rapport d'activités après chaque visite. Ça paraît qu'Isabelle a l'habitude avec les animaux. En plus, Mia l'a beaucoup aimée! Je recommande ses services sans hésiter."

"In a word: fantastic. Our cats have never been so healthy, happy and playful after our return from a trip as with Billie. We have had cat sitter visits, boarded at cat sitters, had them with family and also done “kitty hotels”. Nothing compares to the wonderful impact Billie made with the bonding and playtime she puts into her visits. A bonus: her conscientiousness regarding cleaning, both for the cats’ resources (dishes, litter etc) as well as the general living space. After an exhausting trip with 4 connections and a 9.5 hour jet lag, nothing can compare to the happy squeaks of our “cubsies” and a lovely clean environment to return home to. Thank you to Billie and if you can get a spot in her calendar, do it! "

"Veronica m'a sauvée in extremis alors que je n'avais personne d'autre pour venir s'occuper de mon chaton pendant. Elle s'est occupée de l'appartement (pour ce qui concernait le chat), suivait toutes les indications et était très consciencieuse. Elle m'envoyait tout le temps des photos pour me tenir au courant, me rassurer et montrer que Léo s'amusait beaucoup. J'ai pu être tranquille d'esprit pendant mon voyage et retrouver un chaton en santé. Merci encore énormément! "
