Hello, my name is Aileen, and together with my partner Oliver I am staying in Calgary (Tuscany) until the end of February. We both love dogs and dream of having our own one day.
We both enjoy being outdoors, going hiking, and spending time in nature — and sharing these experiences with a dog makes it even more enjoyable for us. During our time here we are very flexible and would be absolutely happy to spend time with a dog, going for walks, playing, and simply enjoying great moments together.
We are originally from Germany, where we already enjoyed taking care of dogs. Here in Canada, we have also gained experience through several weeks of housesitting with dogs. When taking care of your dog, we are happy to adapt to their individual needs and preferences. The most important thing for us is that your dog has a great time.

In my country My family is from the countryside so animals were part of my daily life, your pet will receive all the love and time it needs on every walk. I have attention to detail so any allergies or conditions must be reported to take precaution, your pets are my main client, their well-being and happiness is my priority. My only service is walking, I have experience taking care of cats and dogs in my country, Hungary and Canada.&nbsp;

I have experience volunteering at pawsitive match. A pet shelter. I work in the cats only, cleaning condos, litter, dishes, feeding and changing water bowls, etc. The cats at the shelter are shy, spicy, friendly, affectionate, an escapee, etc! I also used to foster cats and have two of my own so I understand how to work with cats. So I have worked with 4 cats in one home and don't have a maximum amount of how many cats I can cat sit.
I've cat-sat at a couple houses already. Mostly in the same area but I am perfectly fine with driving maximum 40 minutes away from where I live.
My schedule is a little challenging with being in second year of university but I'm always available in Calgary over winter break and most of summer.
I have experience with giving cats medication, mostly in pills, ear or eye drops, and syringes.

I've been loving animals since I can remember. Growing up, I was the go-to around the neighborhood for friends and loved ones who needed their pets looked after, and that's only continued into my adulthood. I have taken care of the furry friends of friends and strangers alike (cats, dogs, fish, salamanders), and my longest live-in sitting job was for a week and a half (for two high-energy schnauzer-doodle mixes).
I am a student at MRU, and the vast majority of my day is open for house visits or walks. I am available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings - essentially just whenever you need someone to pop in. I'm also available for overnight care on nights that I am not working at my library job. My husband takes care of the house and our cats whenever I'm watching pets overnight, so all is taken care of on that front.
I currently have two cats of my own - Seth and Astrid - and they are the lights of my life. I've also owned Guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, and geckos, so I'm well versed in the care of small animals. I have experience with disabled animals (one of my cats is deaf, so I understand alternative methods of communication with animals), and experience with behavioural issues or difficult personalities (my other cat has extreme anxiety around people, so we have had to adapt our lives in order to help her be comfortable.) I also have experience walking reactive dogs, though I would prefer not to unless I understand their personalities and triggers better.

Howdy! My name is Vanessa, I moved to Calgary in May 2022. I love the mountains, road trips, camping&nbsp; and outdoor activies. I live in Bankview with my boyfriend and our senior citizen dog. Her name is Lili, she's a 14 years old chihuahua-daschund. I have always loved animals and have had a few growing up, cats, hamster, rabbit and dogs.
Me and my boyfriend started cat sitting our neighbor's adorable 3 cats. We loved going there to feed them, play with them, hangout for a bit and clean their litter boxes. She moved away and we miss hanging out with the cats and taking care of them! That's why I decided to become a pet sitter with Pawshake. I&nbsp;have taken care of numerous pets for friends and family over the years.
I currently offer cat sitting with visits available once a day. Services include refilling and cleaning food/water dishes, cleaning litter box, brushing them and playing with them. I will also send photos so you know your fur babies are well.
I'm also available to walk your small-medium dog for 30 minutes.
I would prefer if you're located within inner city,&nbsp; but feel free to send me a message to discuss other options. I'm mostly available during the weekends, Friday to Sunday.
