"It was our first time using a pet sitter and cannot recommend Claudia enough. She was very quick to respond to messages and enquires before we even booked. She went and above in looking after my cat who is very timid and apprehensive with new people but she knew exactly what do to and Maximus warmed up to her in no time. Whilst we were away she visited our cat and took photos and videos to reassure us which was really helpful. When we came back home our cat was well groomed, in perfect shape and litter was clean. I’m very grateful to have found a lovely, caring pet sitter and will be using her again in the future. "

"Kristen looked after our two siamese cats. They're fairly fussy, and our boy is a bit skittish. However, by the second day Kristen sent us photos of him sitting on her chest looking for cuddles. I trust my cats' instincts, and they were super comfortable with Kristen. She gave us incredibly detailed updates, which we truly appreciated. We'd recommend Kristen to anyone. "

"Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"Jolie took wonderful care of our two cats over the holidays. She sent us pictures regularly with captions that made my husband and I laugh out loud everytime. She even brought catnip toys for the boys for Christmas! It made our holiday so much more relaxing to know that our kitties were in good hands with Jolie and we came home to healthy, happy cats. "Angela was such a great communicator, prompt, and through txt and emails arranged to meet with us quickly, learn about our guys (who warmed up to her fast) and understand everything we were looking for in a pet sitter. She followed up with photos and an update on their status. "Michelle is a fantastic cat sitter. Our cat Zen is an elderly old man that takes a lot of pills and is easily stressed out. We came home to a happy boy, very well taken care of.
She’s great at communicating and sent us pictures every time she visited and sent us daily updates. She even watered our plants.
