I myself have a passion for biology since childhood, and also have a warm love for animals, especially - dogs. Perhaps the phrase "A dog is man's best friend" is rather hackneyed, but for me it has the most sacred meaning! J’ai eu la chance de grandir avec un chien (Ugo, un Cavalier King Charles), puis de garder et promener les chiens de la famille (Roméo, un Bulldog Français, et Luccho, un Malinois). J’ai donc de l’expérience dans la garde d’animaux.
Je suis disponible pour des promenades et des visites tous les après-midis et en soirée du lundi au vendredi, ainsi que toute la journée le samedi et le dimanche. Je peux également venir garder vos animaux chez vous le week-end. J’habite à côté du parc Sir Wilfrid Laurier et du parc La Fontaine.

Over the years I was spoiled to have many roommates who contributed to the liveliness of our homes with their furry friends and I've always enjoyed caring for the little (and bigger) guys!I've also had the chance to join many families, in Australia and New Zealand to give them a hand with their homestead, their pets, and around their gardens. These wonderful cultural exchanges were spread out over two-ish years and would usually last between 2 and 4 weeks, all the way up to three months in a lovely hobby farm near Hobart, Tasmania.Curious as I am, I learned lots through all of the above and most recently I have been having a wonderful time housesitting in New Zealand and Montreal across different platforms!

Devenir gardien d'animaux est une vocation qui me tient particulièrement à cœur. Depuis mon enfance, j'ai toujours eu un profond amour pour les animaux, qu'il s'agisse de chiens, de chats ou d'animaux moins familiers. J'ai grandi dans un environnement où les animaux étaient considérés comme des membres de la famille, et cela m'a appris l'importance de leur bien-être.
De plus, je pourrai donner des medicaments si vos animaux seront maldes (biensure avec votre accord), si besoin de toilettage je serai aider de donner un coup de mains. Pour le courrier, l'arrosage des plantes sa sera un plaisir de le faire tout en donnant a votre animal le plaisir de jouer et de degourdir les pattes.
Prendre soin de l'environement ou se trouve notre animal de compagnie lui permet d'etre a l'aise et cela lui permet d'etre plus heureux et relax

Je me présente, je m'appelle Alexis et je suis un jeune Français de 31 ans.
Cela va fait maintenant 6 ans que je suis au Canada.
Je suis passionné par les animaux. Depuis tout petit, je vis entouré d'eux. Chez mes grands parents, qui vivaient à la campagne, nous avions 3 petits fox terriers avec qui j'ai passé énormement de temps. Ils étaient vraiment adorables et débordants d'énergie. Nous avions aussi une basse-cour composée de poules et de lapins.
Chez mes parents, nous avons eu un chien que nous avons récupéré dans un refuge pour animaux. Surement l'un des chiens les plus adorables que je n'ai jamais vu. Une vraie princesse, qui a élevé un chat que nous avions sauvé d'une mort certaine. Ce dernier ayant en effet été jeté par une fenêtre de voiture, nous l'avions emmené chez le vétérinaire. Il a fini chez nous, devenant un membre de notre famille à part entière.
Mais depuis que je suis au Canada j'ai dû laisser derrière moi mon chat et mon chien qui tous les jours me manquent, et c'est pour cela que je souhaite garder des animaux de companie pour combler ce manque...
C'est toujours un réel plaisir pour moi d'aller me promener dehors, de marcher etc

Hi there! My name is Maya, and I live and work in NDG. I am the proud mom of a Pitbull named Tony and a cat named Blink. I am an assistant technician who works with blind animals everyday and has lots of experience with them. In my "free" time, I am on the board for an animal rescue in Cayo Coco, Cuba. I fundraiser, am I charge of adoptions, and go visit yearly to help build a bigger, safer sanctuary. I have worked with animals for the last 12 years, but have had pets my whole life and have been volunteering since I can remember. I am comfortable and have experience administering medications, and I am comfortable with animals who might not be as comfortable with strangers as we would wish. While working at the SPCA, I specialized in "aggressive" behaviour and rehabilitation. I have a calm demeanour, and am ready to take care of your pets as if they were on of my own. Unfortunately, I cannot allow other dogs into the house as Tony is quite territorial- but I am willing to walk or visit your home! I am motivated to join this app because I know the difficultly of finding someone to care for our fur babies when it's vacation time, or simply, when we need an extra hand. I also know we only want what is best for our little loves, and I promise I will give nothing but the best attention and care. Unfortunately, I cannot bring your pets home. Tony is a rescue and is not quite comfortable with strangers in the house. If it were urgent, I MAY be able to arrange something.
