My name is Lushita, I’ve always been passionate about animals, especially dogs and I gained my experiences by growing up with a Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle when I was young.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and WOOF, I’m now a devoted pawrent to two adorable rescue dogs, Bear  and Bubble  from Hong Kong, where I raised them since they were pups of 2 months old.
I have completed a Dog Behavioural and Training Certificate at the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, where I learned about positive/force-free dog training and how to build a positive long-term relationship with dogs.
My love for dogs has no boundaries, I understand the importance of providing exceptional care, love, and attention to furry companions while you are away. I will treat them as if they were a cherished member of my own.
I provide home visits and dog walk services, for dogs up to 50lbs (23kg).&nbsp;

I moved to Canada a year ago and I live with my husband, my daughter and our cat (We adopted him over 7yrs ago and he has moved with us to every country that we lived in).
I have been a very busy cat-sitter in Munich in 2019, have spent some months doing this job just for my love for cats, and I had always been rescuing, fostering and being close to animals in many ways back home in India. And i am naturally good with animals :)

Hi! I currently live in Bloorwest village, though I grew up on a Christmas tree farm on the weekends around nature and wildlife. I've been around animals my whole life with dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, and mice as our other family members and my dad being a veterinarian.I went vegan about 10 years ago after volunteering at a farm sanctuary for rescued animals. I have a cat named Xander (Buffy reference..) who is my world. While I would love to have a dog as well, I don't have the space currently for one. I currently work in retail, and one of the best parts of my job is when customers come in with their dogs! Animals make my life brighter and I would love to have dog walking be a regular part of my life.I'm a very detail oriented person so the more details the better when it comes to looking after your furbaby on walks. I would love to hear about their personality, likes and dislikes, any triggers they may have, so that they have the most enjoyable walk and their needs are met, and so that I feel fully prepared. Their safety will be my number 1 priority and it's important that your dog, you as the guardian, and myself feel comfortable and I feel knowledge is a key part of achieving that. If you would like updates on your furbaby I would be happy to provide them through photos and texts.My feet are my mode of transportation so I only take bookings that are under 20 minute walking distance of where I live.Safety: If you are considering hiring me to walk your dog, I would really appreciate if you have a photo of yourself and your pet so that I feel more confident that you are a real person. **** Before booking with me I always require a Meet & Greet with you and your dog. To make sure your pet acquires 100% of my attention, I only board 1 dog at a time, so please book early! I have been working part-time in the airport industry as a customer service agent for about 3 years. I got my first dog when I was 8 years old. He was a border collie and yellow lab mix. As soon as I brought him home, I knew I was going to be an animal lover. After my first dog I wanted to help save another life so I adopted my second dog, a jack russell/beagle mix from the Humane Society.My passion for animals and interest in serving others inspired my decision to become a pet sitter. I have no pets at the moment, so my main focus will be to watch yours! I have also previously owned a rabbit, so I can watch your bunny too (caged ones only). Currently I do not own any pets of my own.About where your pet will be staying:I live in a condo near Square One Shopping Centre that is pet-friendly. Since I work part-time, I am not home all day and your pet may be unattended for about 3-5 hours. If your dog is crate trained, please provide a crate for the stay. When your dog stays here, they will also need their own dog bed as I do not allow them in the bed.I do not have a backyard but there are many parks nearby to walk your pooch, regular exercise can be provided for however much they need. When your dog stays here, they will get lots of attention and many walks!There are many dog-friendly parks nearby me and I am very close to Celebration Square where there are lots of exciting activities happening! No need to worry while away or on vacation, it will be like your pup is right by your side. I can provide many photo/video updates, you can even video chat with you dog if you wish!My services:Dog Boarding-overnight stay + walks (however many required)-SMALLER BREEDS ONLY (1-25lbs Max, condo does not allow larger breeds)Dog Walking-15 to 30min (or longer) walks for dogs of any sizePick-up/Drop off-available for a maximum of a 20km radius

I have experience with dogs of all breeds, mixes and sizes. I have training experience and feel confident that with this experience I can work with each dog's individual training level. I also have experience with cats, small animals and some reptiles. I will take pride in making sure your pets are happy and well taken care of and follow all directions to achieve this and give you as their owner piece of mind while away from your pets. I enjoy getting to know your pets and building a loving, happy and trusting relationship with your pets so we can enjoy our time together. 
Training services are offered as an add on for focused training. If adversive tools are being used they must be fitted properly and being used appropriately.
I am able to administer various types of medications. I do require all pets to be updated on all vaccinations. 
Dogwalks will be around the clients neighborhood. We will walk trails, parks, neighborhood streets. I always give fresh water and update owners regarding activity, potty, and any other info required or requested. 30 mins or 60 mins time slots.
Drop-in visits will be 30 mins or 60 mins slots. These visits will allow me to play with your pet, clean litter, refresh water and food. I don't mind watering a few plants or grabbing mail but please be aware this is included in the timeframe booked.
