Hi there! My name is Chloe YU, and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Becoming a pet sitter has been a natural path for me because it combines two things I truly care about—animals and helping people.

My journey with pet care began as a volunteer Cadet Inspector with the Hong Kong Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HKSPCA). That experience taught me how to handle animals with compassion, patience, and responsibility. I learned how to care for pets in all kinds of situations—from young puppies needing training to senior animals requiring extra love and attention.

I treat every pet like a member of my own family, making sure they feel safe, loved, and at ease while you're away. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I’m here to provide trustworthy, attentive care you can count on.

I have 10+ years of experience as a pet sitter with cats and dogs. I am calm and, usually, pets trust me and go along well with me. I enjoy playing with them and petting them. I’ve got a lot of empathy for animals and I know when they want some rest or play. I’ve always had animals at home, from rabbit to fish. Currently, I am a happy owner of an adorable rescue cat, Nala, and two senior cats, Saphir and Khara.

I provide visits for cats (my schedule doesn't allow me to provide dog visits) and home sitting for both cats and dogs (maximum 3 nights). Usually, I visit cats for about 30min-1h (I work between 7 and 5 weekdays, so I can't provide mid-day visits).&nbsp;
I feed them, scoop the litter, brush them, and play with them if they are ok with that. I am pretty flexible and can adapt to your needs.I can administer medication, including injections if required. I am also a plant lady; I can definitely plant sit and pet sit at the same time! I live in Bankview and try to offer my services within a 10-15 min driving range.&nbsp;
If you have any doubts, just ask me and I’ll answer as soon as I can. Regarding House sitting, be mindful that the rate per night covers a period of 24 hours. While pet sitting at your home I will be respectful and take good care of your pets, home and belongings.&nbsp;

Hello! My name is Abir, and animals have always been an important part of my life. Before moving to Canada, I was actively involved in animal rescue in Morocco, helping cats and dogs in need, including injured, abandoned, and special-needs animals.

I have experience caring for diabetic pets that require insulin injections, as well as animals with disabilities and ongoing medical needs. This experience has taught me patience, compassion, and responsibility.

I work from home and spend most of my day with the pets in my care. Animals are rarely left alone for more than 2–3 hours, and I always make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection throughout the day.

My home is safe, clean, and pet-friendly. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions provided by their owners. I only accept vaccinated pets to help ensure the health and safety of all animals in my care.

I have experience volunteering at pawsitive match. A pet shelter. I work in the cats only, cleaning condos, litter, dishes, feeding and changing water bowls, etc. The cats at the shelter are shy, spicy, friendly, affectionate, an escapee, etc! I also used to foster cats and have two of my own so I understand how to work with cats. So I have worked with 4 cats in one home and don't have a maximum amount of how many cats I can cat sit.
I've cat-sat at a couple houses already. Mostly in the same area but I am perfectly fine with driving maximum 40 minutes away from where I live.
My schedule is a little challenging with being in second year of university but I'm always available in Calgary over winter break and most of summer.
I have experience with giving cats medication, mostly in pills, ear or eye drops, and syringes.

Howdy! My name is Vanessa, I moved to Calgary in May 2022. I love the mountains, road trips, camping&nbsp; and outdoor activies. I live in Bankview with my boyfriend and our senior citizen dog. Her name is Lili, she's a 14 years old chihuahua-daschund. I have always loved animals and have had a few growing up, cats, hamster, rabbit and dogs.
Me and my boyfriend started cat sitting our neighbor's adorable 3 cats. We loved going there to feed them, play with them, hangout for a bit and clean their litter boxes. She moved away and we miss hanging out with the cats and taking care of them! That's why I decided to become a pet sitter with Pawshake. I&nbsp;have taken care of numerous pets for friends and family over the years.
I currently offer cat sitting with visits available once a day. Services include refilling and cleaning food/water dishes, cleaning litter box, brushing them and playing with them. I will also send photos so you know your fur babies are well.
I'm also available to walk your small-medium dog for 30 minutes.
