Hi there! I'm a full-time writer who loves caring for dogs. I've had the responsibility of pets my entire life, and over the last five years have taken care of an Australian cattle dog whom I adore.&nbsp;
I have extensive experience in managing the needs of very high-energy dogs, but also pets with special needs as I had a cat with Type 1 diabetes for 15 years to whom I had to give insulin shots twice a day. Whether your dog needs tender care at home or needs to go on a 6km hike every day, I'm happy to help.
I am loving, conscientious, and kind. Most of all, I'm trustworthy. Because I spend so much time behind a computer, taking care of your dog or cat would be the highlight of my day. Walks are 45 minutes minimum, and usually longer. I give my all to my animal friends. It also means that I won't be overbooking myself while your dog or cat is in my care.&nbsp;

I have hands-on experience looking after dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, and personalities — from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to senior pets who prefer calm walks and extra attention. I’ve also cared for pets with special needs, including administering medications, monitoring health, and adjusting routines to keep them comfortable and safe.

Every pet has a unique personality, and I tailor my approach to match theirs. For example, shy or anxious pets get extra reassurance and gentle encouragement, while active dogs enjoy structured walks and interactive games. I also follow consistent routines for feeding, bathroom breaks, and exercise to help pets feel secure while you’re away.

Safety is my top priority. I always supervise pets during walks and playtime, ensure secure environments, and am trained to handle unexpected situations calmly — from minor scrapes to sudden stress in pets. I communicate regularly with owners, sending updates, photos, and notes so you can feel confident your furry family member is happy and cared for.

Hi! I'm Andrew. I grew up in Toronto and it's where I first fell in love with pets and walking. My first experiences involved walking our family dog, Maggie, around Leaside and down towards the Brickworks via the Don Valley Ravine. Since then, I've spent as much time as possible outside.
I adopted my first two cats (Twinston &amp; Lotus) in 2018 and recently adopted a third rescue, Tuna. My girlfriend has a dog, Roxy, and for the first time in my life I get to spend my days with both cats and dogs. I'm very grateful to them for the time we get to spend outdoors walking and also cuddling on the couch. They remind me to be patient, happy, and to live in the moment. 
I love walks of all distances in all seasons (sun, rain, snow, wind-- I'm ready!) and feel this is a great way where I can blend my love of animals and walking outside. When not walking, I'm ready to play fetch, work with your pet on tricks and cuddle. 
I'm available to walk, feed, and cuddle your pets! Flexible with home visit length and can water plants bring in mail and more. I have full weekday availability and occasional weekend availability. Dog walk lengths are also flexible.

Hi! I'm Heather! I am a lifelong pet owner with a passion for animals of all types. I have been a fur mom to cats, dogs, rats, Guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters. I am comfortable with all animals with fur and four legs. 
Animals have always been in my life and have provided me with comfort through some difficult parts of life. I like to be able to give back to them whenever possible and have volunteered for the Humane Society, SPCA, Kibbles for K9s, and various fundraisers for animals. 
I work from home in a professional role and currently have the flexibility to provide home visits for cats, dogs and small animals. I am mobile and can transport pets as needed. We have a small baby so currently I don't have the ability to do overnights or boarding in my home. 
I have two cats and a blue heeler dog. I am experienced giving medications (oral and topical, I currently do not provide injections) and I live in the Marigold area. 
Feel free to reach out if you need some help with your fur family. My schedule can change here and there, and if I'm not available in my calendar I can be contacted for inquiries to see if I can make your dates work. I can also recommend other sitters I trust and have utilized for my own pets.
