I am a proud pet parent to a very energetic husky, who has taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of daily care. I also have lifelong experience caring for dogs, cats, and fish, and I have always been closely involved in meeting my pets’ needs. I enjoy spending time with animals—playing with them, giving affection, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I am very attentive to pets’ safety, routines, and overall well-being, and I always follow owners’ instructions carefully. With the owner’s prior approval and only when appropriate, I may occasionally be accompanied by my toddler. This is always handled responsibly and in a way that ensures the safety and comfort of the pets, while also teaching my child kindness, respect, and gentle behavior around animals. I am reliable, trustworthy, and happy to help while you are traveling or whenever you need a caring and dependable person to look after your pets. I can walk dogs, feed pets, provide companionship and playtime, and provide boarding services at my home for small caged animals (excluding dogs and cats). I cannot have dogs or cats at my place because it's not safe with my dog. I can also administer medication, as long as the pet is calm and the medication is not an injection. At home, I’ve personally cared for two German Shepherds, a Shih Tzu, parrots, budgie birds, and fish. This hands‑on experience has helped me understand the very different needs of large and small animals, energetic and calm personalities, and species that require specialized routines. Whether it’s an active dog that needs structured exercise or a gentle bird that thrives with calm companionship, I adapt my care to suit each pet’s unique temperament.
Daily care with me includes quality time throughout the day—not quick check‑ins.Dogs receive structured walks of 30–60 minutes, depending on their energy level, along with playtime, mental stimulation, enrichment activities, and proper rest. All pets follow their usual feeding schedules, routines, and house rules exactly as requested to help them feel comfortable and secure.
Availability:
Weekdays: Available after 5:00 PM, with evening and overnight care options
Weekends: Available all day and night, including boarding, daycare, and overnight stays
This schedule allows me to dedicate focused, uninterrupted time to your pets. Pets are rarely left alone, and if I do need to step out briefly, it’s only for short periods and never without ensuring your pet is safe, comfortable, and settled.
I’m highly attentive to signs of stress, anxiety, or discomfort and adjust care accordingly—whether that means extra play for energetic pets, calm one‑on‑one time for shy animals, or reassurance for pets that miss home. Emotional well‑being is always a top priority.
For boarding and daycare, pets stay in a clean, calm, pet‑friendly home environment with plenty of space to rest, play, and feel secure. I carefully manage supervision and can separate pets as needed based on size, personality, or comfort level. Regular updates can also be provided so you feel connected while your pet is in my care.
In case of any emergency, I remain calm, responsible, and communicative. I follow your instructions closely, contact you immediately, and can reach a nearby vet if required. Your pet’s safety and health always come first.

Hi! My name is Andres, and I’ve worked in the animal field for over 10 years, and it’s honestly something I truly love doing. I treat every dog like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust the person looking after your dog, so I focus on keeping a calm, clean, and loving environment at all times. Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles, or just a quiet place to relax, I make sure their stay feels like a home away from home.
Because of this background, I’m confident working with all breeds, all sizes, and pets who may need extra patience, structure, or understanding. I myself have rescued all my fur babies! 3 cats and a dog / mastiff mix .  Our days usually start with a nice walk along a nearby trail so the dogs can get fresh air, explore, and burn off some energy. After that, we keep things calm with proper nap time and downtime so everyone can relax and recharge. I stick to a balanced routine of walks, play, meals, and rest, adjusting to each dog’s needs. One thing that makes my care a bit different is that I don’t rush the day — I pay attention to what each dog is telling me and keep things low-stress, structured, and comfortable.

My Mom's family dog, a white Spitz, watched over me when I was born. Since this christening, I have grown up with dogs for a major part of my life and been comfortable around them, and these experiences have taught me and moulded me into a pet-appreciative person and a creature-friendly human. It was quite a task for my parents to keep my sisters and me away from stray pups, but I guess we were motivated enough to find a way to sneak them in.Animals do teach us a lot in their own ways, and with a bit of my parents' wisdom, I have grown to be more understanding, observant, respectful and appreciative of the little, and big, creatures.I have trained two dogs myself - a Doberman Pinscher and a Dalmatian, and owned and cared for a baby Olive Ridley Turtle I found on a pavement once. They have always felt at ease being around me. I had trained our family Dalmatian well enough that he had excellent recall and obedience training. The results have motivated me to continue working with pets. It is a challenging job training and caring for pets, but with patience and determination for fuel, one can rack up an impressive mileage with happy paws and tails in the backseat.

Dogs have been a primary passion of mine since I was very young. I grew in a neighbourhood surrounded by dogs and would never pass up the opportunity to play with them. Unfortunenately I came from a family of chinese immigrants that didn't believe in having dogs inside the house so I having a dog of my own during my formative years was never an option. Fast forward 20 years later after a stable career in tech and after alot deliberation, I decided to get my own dog; a German Shepherd. She was everything I ever wanted in a dog; playful, affectionate and lots of energy. However, she also came with her own set of challenges and I knew that if I am going to have a well behaved companion that I can take anywhere, I would need to invest in good training. I read every book I could get my hands on and watched every youtude video imaginable and slowly she morphed into one of the most well behaved dogs in my neighbourhood. This sparked a huge interest in dog training for me. Luckily I got an opportunity to do an apprenticeship at Grassroots K9. I worked in the kennels 5 days a week and commuted 3 hours daily to get a chance to work with a diverse array of dogs of all breeds and sizes. Doing this opened my eyes to all facets of the dog world from handling severe aggression cases to high level performance in dog sports. I was lucky enough to land a job offer at the end of apprenticeship and that is what I have been doing since.&nbsp;

Your dog will get my full attention, energy, and care—no distractions, just dependable and loving support.
I always pay attention to the environment I choose for our walks. I make sure it's a place your dog will enjoy—somewhere they feel comfortable enough to play and even take a bathroom break, like a park or quiet trail. I also offer very affordable and reasonable prices.

I have experience with dogs of all breeds, mixes and sizes. I have training experience and feel confident that with this experience I can work with each dog's individual training level. I also have experience with cats, small animals and some reptiles. I will take pride in making sure your pets are happy and well taken care of and follow all directions to achieve this and give you as their owner piece of mind while away from your pets. I enjoy getting to know your pets and building a loving, happy and trusting relationship with your pets so we can enjoy our time together. 
Training services are offered as an add on for focused training. If adversive tools are being used they must be fitted properly and being used appropriately.
I am able to administer various types of medications. I do require all pets to be updated on all vaccinations. 
Dogwalks will be around the clients neighborhood. We will walk trails, parks, neighborhood streets. I always give fresh water and update owners regarding activity, potty, and any other info required or requested. 30 mins or 60 mins time slots.
Drop-in visits will be 30 mins or 60 mins slots. These visits will allow me to play with your pet, clean litter, refresh water and food. I don't mind watering a few plants or grabbing mail but please be aware this is included in the timeframe booked.
