I have 10 years cleaning and house sitting experience and a particular eye for detail. I have always had pets my entire life including 2 cats that recently passed and I also had 2 dogs when I was growing up.&nbsp;
I regularly house sit for my mother and step dad when they travel each summer and recently cared for my boyfriend's buddy's dog and home for 2 weeks while he was away.
I will also mention that I'm definitely more of a cat person but I have no issues caring for dogs as well.
I have my own vehicle and can provide a criminal record check upon request.

I will stay with your pet(s) in your home while you are away&nbsp;
Pets are fed according to owners directions
I also offer house cleaning with this service as I'm also a professional house cleaner.
For cats, litter is changed as needed or as directed&nbsp;

Please note that I do work during the day usually a few days a week(the days vary depending on the clients I have scheduked on any given day) for up to 6 hours between the hours of 9am-5pm and also Wednesday and Sunday evenings for 2 hours sometime after 8pm, but I am always able to let dogs out before I leave for work and ensure that I have time to come back after work before I go anywhere else to let them out if it is one of the evenings I work or have dance.

Mondays and Tuesdays I dance from 6:30-8pm and Wednesdays from 7:30-9pm.

Snow clearing is included as needed during winter months.

Lawn mowing is only included for stays of 1 week or more.

Dogs are walked on a daily basis if the weather permits, or as often as the owner has requested.

Hello there!
I'm Niru, and I'm a graduate student at the University of Alberta.
Obviously, I enjoy spending time with animals! Growing up, I mostly had cats around because my mother adores them, but I've never missed out on an opportunity to play with or take care of my friends' dogs. Whenever I spend some time with them, I always come out feeling a little happier, and that's the main reason I'm here.
I have classes for a few hours on a few days of the week, but whenever I'm available, I would love to offer your pets my company and care. If they like to play, I can play, or if they like to be left alone, I can just keep an eye on them and let them do their thing. I live literally next to Mill Creek, so there's plenty of space for walks around here (although if your pet has a preferred route, that's fine too), and I'm also happy to do drop-ins if that's all you need. The duration of the walks can be tailored according to your needs, but in general, I'd prefer 30 minute walks. Drop-ins would also be about 30 to 60 minutes each, unless you have different requirements. During drop-ins, I will feed your pet, clean up after them, take them out if needed and give them lots of pets and cuddles. I'm happy to do 24 hour house-sits as well, but if the arrangement is going to be for several days, I would obviously have to leave the house every now and then to attend classes, get groceries and so on. At the end of the day, I want to be sure that I'm doing right by you and your pets, so I'm happy to tailor my services to your needs. I am an easygoing and friendly person and I love animals very much since I was a kid! I was around cats and dogs when I was little, and they were my best friends. I always feel happier after spending some time with pets, even just watching them play makes me feel happier. I have been pet sitting in the past few years abroad and in Canada as a part-time job, because I really enjoy spending time with pets. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from a very personal place. I truly miss my dogs back home, I have six dogs, and being away from them while studying has been one of the hardest adjustments for me. Dogs are incredibly loyal and affectionate they greet you with pure joy and bring so much happiness into our lives. I’m a proud dog mom to two Rottweilers and one German Shepherd, and they mean everything to me. I have hands-on experience with large, high-energy breeds and understand the importance of routine, patience, and consistent care. With me, your pup will always be treated like family. 

At home, I maintain a clean, structured environment for my dogs. They are taken out regularly for bathroom breaks, and I always clean up immediately. I bathe them using hypoallergenic shampoo, brush and groom them routinely, and wipe their faces after meals to keep them fresh and comfortable. They are fed a carefully managed raw diet, with all bowls and tools disinfected after use, and I have a dedicated feeding station set up for them. My dogs receive daily walks, lots of affection, and even sleep beside me they are truly part of my family.
