My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I grew up with a household of furry friends! Many people thought my family was crazy for having so many pets! But I couldn't imagine my life without them. They bring so much joy and happiness to my family's life. Seeing their little faces everyday just puts a smile on my face. My family specially my mum she loves dog and so want to with them every single day. I promise you will wag your tail too when you will meet me in person. I have a big backward so your dog going to love each and every visit and if you want I can buy food for your furry friend after you will send me the picture of it. I hope I get the chance to meet and care for your furry friend. 

About the house- I have a big house with a big backyard so the dog can play freely. I have uploaded some pictures too. Most of the time dog will be inside the house. 

Hi! My name is Risha, and I have been around animals since childhood. Growing up, I was always the one who would stop to pet dogs, learn their personalities, and make sure they felt safe and loved. As a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and trustworthy caring for your pet when you’re not available. I know how much love and concern goes into choosing the right person, and I take that responsibility very seriously. When caring for pets, I like to keep their routine as normal as possible. I follow feeding schedules carefully, make sure they always have fresh water, and provide daily walks and playtime suited to their energy level. Some dogs love long, active walks, while others prefer calm strolls — I adjust based on their personality. I also make sure they get enough rest, comfort, and mental stimulation so they feel relaxed and secure.
I pay close attention to their behavior and body language, especially if they’re shy, senior, or adjusting to a new environment. If needed, I can administer basic oral medication and will always maintain a clean, safe space.
For everyone’s safety, I only accept vaccinated pets. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured and connected while you’re away.

I have recently retired from being a professional athlete training for the Olympic games.  I am a winter athlete so I love being outside and the cold doesn't bother me at all.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I have been a professional athlete for 10 years since graduating from the University of Alberta and am looking to fill my time with more outside adventures and what better way than with doggies.

My parents have had 2-3 dogs at a time my whole life so I am very much a dog lover, I also love cats and am happy to vist and play with them as well.  With travelling all winter and training all summer I have not had the opportunity to have a pet of my own, but I am hoping to add one soon!

I also run a small, handmade, online based business for income so my schedule is very flexible and I am happy to visit your pets on holidays or any peak times you may be out for long periods and worrying about them at home!


My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from a very personal place. I truly miss my dogs back home, I have six dogs, and being away from them while studying has been one of the hardest adjustments for me. Caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of my daily life, and pet sitting allows me to fill that space while doing something joyful, comforting, and purposeful in my spare time.
I want to help pet parents feel at ease knowing their pets are safe, loved, and well cared for while they are away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is to be a reliable and attentive sitter so owners don’t have to worry about their “babies” at home.
While I may not have formal experience as a professional pet sitter, I have extensive hands-on experience from caring for my own six dogs. I have always been responsible for preparing their food, giving medication when needed, brushing their fur, and making sure they are comfortable and happy. Weirdly enough, I even found joy in laying on the floor with them—something my dogs loved and something that reminded me how meaningful simple companionship can be.


&nbsp;&nbsp;I have had all sorts of animals throught my life. Animals tend to like me even if they are standoffish as I respect their space. I have house sat cats a couple time before as well as puppy sat at my own house. I have a general love for animals and although I went a different career path I did get some very tech work experience I high school.  I am currently a SCARS foster  but don't currently have a foster at my home.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I am looking for house sitting jobs. I am however limited to the amount of house sitting I can do as I'm on disability. I can happily take care of cats and small to medium dogs. This is only due to pulling of leashes causing pain.

Pets can look forward to daily company, snuggles and walks. I can accommodate special care if required. I also have a good understanding of animals as they have always been apart of my life.&nbsp;
