I am a remote worker (legal administration) with a flexible schedule in the Harbour West neighborhood. I have 3 fur babies of my own (1 very anxious dog, 2 cats with dietary restrictions).  I am a lover of all animals and a previous foster for Ladybird Animal Sanctuary (foster failed and adopted our last foster cat). I have experience with anxious/reactive dogs &amp; cats as well as with dietary restrictions/medical requirements. I am open to caring for other pets (birds, bunnies, rats, lizards, etc.) with your guidance on their care.
I will adhere strictly to your animals needs, their schedule and continue their training in your absence, while of course giving them all the ear scratches, butt pats and belly rubs.&nbsp;
Happy to provide photo/text updates to clients as requested&nbsp;
Will work with clients to establish a plan in case of emergency.&nbsp;
Available for: Afternoons/Evenings 12pm-10pm (last walk at 9:30pm)

I have grown up with dogs and cats all my life and have always had a genuine love for animals.I have dog and cat sat for many friends and family over the years which has given me great experience for this role. I just simply love animals and want to help be that person who can care for them even if it is just for a short time! I have recently lost my dearest dog Abbey and have decided that I am not ready for another pet yet but I am ready to pet sit as I will be able to give that animal love to your pets. I know that as pet parents we want the best for our babies and I am here to give you peace of mind while you are away your baby is getting all of the love they deserve. Whatever your pet needs, I will be there. Whether they want to go play fetch for hours or just snuggle up and watch a movie I can do it all. I am currently not taking pets in my own home but I am more than happy to visit yours to spend time with your fur babies. I have a large background working with older special needs animals as I know they need extra attention. However, all breed and ages are welcome! Please keep in mind that while I wish I could do pet sitting full time unfortunately I do work a full time job right now. My schedule is Tuesday- Saturday 9-5 (4 on Saturdays) so as long as you are comfortable with me being away for 8 hours some days we can make it work.

Dog walking: 30 - 60 minute walks depending on your dogs needs
Dog/cat drop ins: I will come to your home and spend 40-60 minutes with your furry friends. I will feed them and let them out if needed or just spend some quality time with them!

My wife, our little girl (Mila, friendly 5 year old, 25lb dog) and I are huge animal lovers. We have a lot of experience taking care of animals and can ensure that your furry baby will be happy, loved, and will feel at home.Our love for animals has taken us to collaborate with diverse street animal foundations in Mexico, which has given us experience dealing with animals, gaining their trust and making them feel loved.&nbsp;We have experience taking care of cats and dogs. We only take care of animals up to 50 lbs. The dogs (and cats if specified by the owner) are walked at least 3 times per day (at least a total of an hour per day). We have a feeding, nap and walk schedule for them, but we can adapt if agreed with the owners.We will provide you with pictures of your lovely cat/dog, inside and outside when we take them for walks.Our home is a 1300sf house, with a nice spacious backyard&nbsp;always available for the animals to take a nap under the sun. I've taken care of pets especially dogs and cats since I was 7. My neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to sit, walk, train in basic commands, bathe, and feed their pets. I personally never had a dog or cat at home just because my mother was against it as it would be added responsibility on my parents if I had to work and move out which I understood. I trained many stray dogs and cats as pets and played with and fed them daily. I have also volunteered at BlueCross animal shelter for 4.5 years helping them with sitting, adoption, grooming, feeding, etc. of several animals like camels, eagles, donkeys, cattle, rodents, and birds other than dogs and cats. My home back in India is a mini bird sanctuary since 2019 where we currently house rescued baby parrots and several stray birds that visit every day for feed and chitchat. I consider Nature and all animals my friends and I know they consider me one too. Even though I'm new to Canada and don't own a pet while having walks outside dogs run to me as if they know me without former introduction.
I am currently staying as paying guest so cannot host a pet at my place. I can walk, house-sit a pet at your home and drop in on any day of the week as of now.&nbsp;
Housesitting includes me staying overnight at your home. Please let me know about any issues they have with food or any allergies. What kind of food do they like, if you have them on a regular schedule, and what do you give them in terms of treats? Their favorite toys they like sleeping with or playing with etc.Please let me know of any health issues and any medication they are taking. Overall, I want as much information as possible so that I can maintain your pet's routine and schedule while you're away and be able to take great care of them.&nbsp;
