"Florence c’est occupée merveilleusement bien de nos animaux, malgré des soins en particulier sur l’une de nos chinchilla.
Elle nous envoyait régulièrement des photos et des vidéos.
Réactive et présente.

"Monika was fantastic for our cat!
We went on vacation and had to leave our cat that needs 2 daily medications.
Monika had no problem providing for our cat exactly what she needed.
Monika also gave any updates on our cat and her behaviour and sent daily pictures to give us a sense for how our cat was doing.
In terms of her conduct, Monika was professional and extremely kind to us and our animal at all times!
Also our cat loved her, so that helps!
