"Bihter did an amazing job of looking after my cat while I was out of town for the holidays. Communication was great and she really made an effort to socialize with my cat when visiting to feed and check-in on her. Bihter even picked up a small gift for my cat. A very nice surprise! I would not hesitate to recommend Bihter. "
