I am a long time dog owner, currently mom to my 14 year old golden retriever. I’m experienced with many breeds and senior care or specific needs. My number one priority is providing your furry babies with a home away from home.
I have a large fenced yard and a senior Golden who has full reign of the home. There are also many parks and trails for walks in my suburban neighbourhood.
Playtime and basic obedience are practiced while socializing with other pets. I will provide regular exercise and constant play time supervision of your pet. Play time may consist of outdoor play, often with other animals. Off-leash socialization for dogs, where permitted, is encouraged.
I accept dogs of all ages and breeds. Please let me know if your dog has any allergies, dietary restrictions, special needs or behaviours that I should be aware of.
I only accept friendly and well behaved dogs as I strive to provide a safe and healthy environment for your pet and others during their stay.  I accept a maximum of 4 dogs at the same time.
Waiver and Release – deemed as agreed when you confirm your booking:

“I hereby declare that I am the legal owner of my dog and that my dog has not been exposed to rabies, distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza or any other contagious disease within the past thirty (30) days and that my dog has been up-to-date vaccinated. (Please provide proof of current vaccinations for our records).

My dog’s boarding is not without risk. It is in a home care practice not necessarily with 24 hours human watching. I authorize Lana Chan (“Lana”) to do whatever she deems necessary for the safety, health, and well-being of my dog while under the care of Lana including seeking professional treatment for my dog.

(Every effort will be made to provide a safe environment for your dog. If your dog requires medical attention, we will contact you immediately and make arrangements with you as to where to take your dog. If we cannot reach you, we will transport your dog to an Animal Emergency Clinic)

I am solely responsible for any damage or injury incurred while my dog is boarded, including payment of costs of injury to caregiver, other clients, and other animals or damage to facilities caused by my dog. I waive any and all claims, actions or demands of any nature, foreseen or unforeseen, that I may have against Lana relating to the care, control, health and/or safety of my dog arising during the pick-up, transportation, drop-off and stay at the facilities.

I understand my dog’s acceptance into boarding is discretionary and that Lana has the right to refuse service to me and/or my dog at any time for any reason. I understand that if my dog has a history of or repeatedly demonstrates aggression or biting humans or animals, Lana reserves the right to refuse service.

I, upon booking confirmation, agree to the above, accept full responsibility for the acts of my dog while being boarded and release Lana and its caregivers of all claims of liability.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read all of the above, including this Waiver and Release, understand its contents, and understand that this agreement includes an assumption of the risk of Lana’s negligence and liability. I acknowledge that Lana is materially relying on this waiver and is allowing my dog(s) to engage in play with other dogs in the daycare and boarding, and the facility during their stay in Lana’s boarding facility.

I have read all of the above and agree to comply.”

I have experience helping an animal non-profit Organization and taking care of a few dogs at a foster home. Since I was a little kid I developed this desire for protection and love for animals. - for me, they are angels with feelings, and love, like any human being. I just tried to put in my grain of sand and maybe someday we can have a world where animals live free from cruelty.
My husband and I both are currently working from home a couple of days per week, as such, I am flexible with dogs' potty and food schedules during those days. 
We live in a private condominium, with a security gate which for me is extra peace of mind. Besides this, I have a “child-proof” home that works perfectly with dogs as well.

We will schedule a meet and greet- meet with you near your neighborhood or somewhere your dog(s) is familiar with (ideally dog parks) to understand the needs of your dog(s), medical history, most importantly, having your dog(s) to be familiar with us! 
While providing service:
Besides on providing excellent services, we LOVE sending pictures/ videos of the dogs! Not only to record every moment of the dogs, but also to have you to make sure your dogs are happy when they are with us!
Boarding Service 
We walk your dogs several times a day to make sure they receive enough exercise. We have dog fences at home to protect dogs from the kitchen. Dogs and cats are allowed to be on bed. 

I am a student, I am going to study as a veterinary technician, since I was a child my passion has always been animals, it's something that makes me so happy and I am delighted to take care of them, giving them and their owners an excellent service having them satisfied and happy. I am looking for this part-time job to grow more as a person and for my profession doing the thing I love most. 
The experience that I have is with my dog and with my friends' dogs, I have experience since 2020 taking them for a walk, medicine, playing with them and giving them love, I cannot take pets to my place because I live in a residence but I can go to their homes and take care of them. 
I am available from Monday to Friday from 11:30pm to 5pm usually, but I can make adjustments depending on my studies, on weekends I'm also available most of the day if your pet needs medication I can provide your pet with the appropriate care, indicating the prescription or his special care and bit of training to the simple tricks, when I do home visit I can stay as much as the customer needs me to stay, depending on my studies and extra activities, I can water plants or bring the email, usually the dog walks the last 30min or one hour, and I do it on a park or the neighbourhood, on the house sitting I can stay at least 3 nights or an entire day. About the house sitting the cost is 50 includes the walking, morning and night, and helping with the house.

Many people rely on us for sitting / boarding. we are a team of two (My husband and I) and have constant supervision for your pups. We provide daycare and boarding for your pups short or long term. We are able to offer limited grooming. 
I am currently on a very flexible schedule, so can take of your pup during the day / night. I am super close to the off leash park if your pup is allowed to go and also within walking distance of another non off leash park &amp; a walking trail. 
I have a fenced front yard where your pup can play and plenty of indoor space for your pups to enjoy. I can also do crate training if needed. I love going for walks and playing with dogs. I also have had a senior dog and aware of any senior dog’s restrictions and needs and happy to provide a comfortable place for your senior pup. 
I have a fenced yard and also an area inside the house ( living room) that i can keep the dogs separated with a fence so dogs of the same size / vibe can play with each other easily without disturbing the others.

Hi! I have two cat babies myself - both were rescues kitties.  One is a a male with grey and white patterns, and another is a female with beautiful blue eyes and a cream coat of fur.  They have been my companions for almost a decade now! All my cats are vaccinated and are indoor cats.
I am experienced in handling and taking care of cats.  The best part though, is the purring-sessions I get to offer!  I'd love to cat-sit for your beloved furry family member! If there is anything specific about your cat or special instructions that needs to be followed, just let me know!Aside from pet-sitting, I am a professional photographer, so while I am there to take care of your fur baby, I can capture some photos for you to enjoy as well so you have a peace of mind seeing how well your fur baby is doing.
