"I want to give her 11 stars if I could. She was so fantastic from the first meeting until end of the service. My cat was not well when I had to go on a business trip. Cristina was so understanding and caring that she gave me detailed updates including pictures and videos for every visit. I had to ask her to take my cat to vet. Cristina was very accommodating for my request obviously her first priority was well-being of my cat. She is such a compassionate and reliable person.
