I have two dogs of my own who enjoy multiple walks a day, so I’m very familiar with different energy levels, temperaments, and routines. Whether your dog needs a good walk, playtime, or just some company during the day, I’ll make sure they feel safe and happy. My home is pet-friendly, clean, and welcoming for daytime care, and I tailor every visit to your pet’s needs. I also offer drop-in care for cats—whether it’s feeding, litter cleaning, or play and cuddles, I know how to make shy or independent cats feel comfortable. Dogs have been a primary passion of mine since I was very young. I grew in a neighbourhood surrounded by dogs and would never pass up the opportunity to play with them. Unfortunenately I came from a family of chinese immigrants that didn't believe in having dogs inside the house so I having a dog of my own during my formative years was never an option. Fast forward 20 years later after a stable career in tech and after alot deliberation, I decided to get my own dog; a German Shepherd. She was everything I ever wanted in a dog; playful, affectionate and lots of energy. However, she also came with her own set of challenges and I knew that if I am going to have a well behaved companion that I can take anywhere, I would need to invest in good training. I read every book I could get my hands on and watched every youtude video imaginable and slowly she morphed into one of the most well behaved dogs in my neighbourhood. This sparked a huge interest in dog training for me. Luckily I got an opportunity to do an apprenticeship at Grassroots K9. I worked in the kennels 5 days a week and commuted 3 hours daily to get a chance to work with a diverse array of dogs of all breeds and sizes. Doing this opened my eyes to all facets of the dog world from handling severe aggression cases to high level performance in dog sports. I was lucky enough to land a job offer at the end of apprenticeship and that is what I have been doing since.&nbsp;

I treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a gentle senior dog, I adjust my care to meet their individual needs. I’m patient, reliable, and always focused on making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved.
I’ve recently finished university, so I’m fully available and flexible every day to care for your dog. Whether it’s a quick walk, some playtime, or extended walking, I’m ready whenever you need me. Your dog will get my full attention, energy, and care—no distractions, just dependable and loving support.
I always pay attention to the environment I choose for our walks. I make sure it's a place your dog will enjoy—somewhere they feel comfortable enough to play and even take a bathroom break, like a park or quiet trail. I also offer very affordable and reasonable prices.

I have experience with dogs of all breeds, mixes and sizes. I have training experience and feel confident that with this experience I can work with each dog's individual training level. I also have experience with cats, small animals and some reptiles. I will take pride in making sure your pets are happy and well taken care of and follow all directions to achieve this and give you as their owner piece of mind while away from your pets. I enjoy getting to know your pets and building a loving, happy and trusting relationship with your pets so we can enjoy our time together. 
Training services are offered as an add on for focused training. If adversive tools are being used they must be fitted properly and being used appropriately.
I am able to administer various types of medications. I do require all pets to be updated on all vaccinations. 
Dogwalks will be around the clients neighborhood. We will walk trails, parks, neighborhood streets. I always give fresh water and update owners regarding activity, potty, and any other info required or requested. 30 mins or 60 mins time slots.
Drop-in visits will be 30 mins or 60 mins slots. These visits will allow me to play with your pet, clean litter, refresh water and food. I don't mind watering a few plants or grabbing mail but please be aware this is included in the timeframe booked.

I am a pet owner myself and would love to help look after yours while you are out or away. I am very comfortable with and able to care for almost all kinds of animals or pets.
I am open to discussing any of your pet's needs. I am a responsible professional with an extensive history of working with animals and is looking to work with more.&nbsp;
I currently work from home, my typical work hours are 7AM to 3PM Monday to Friday. I do have frequent days off and am possiby able to accomodate within this schedule if needed.&nbsp;
I have always had a passion for animals and have worked with many different kinds through my life.
I underwent 1 year of veterinary technician courses in college, while completing co-op at a vet's office. I have worked with and trained birds of prey, farm animals (horses, cows, sheep) as well as many dogs and cats. I have also worked at a pet store with small animals, reptiles and aquatics.&nbsp;
I am very active and love walking and hiking. I currently have a dog, reptiles and many fish.&nbsp;I am happy to take pets on long walks, as well as provide in home care.&nbsp;
