"Catherine a vraiment été d’un grand secours lorsque j’ai récemment dû faire appel à ses précieux services, un peu à la dernière minute… Nos échanges par messages - rapides, efficaces et agréables - ont permis d’organiser rapidement une première rencontre pour faire la connaissance de mes deux beaux gros matous à besoins particuliers! Je me suis alors immédiatement sentie en confiance avec elle, étant donné son écoute, son ouverture et son amour indéniable pour les chats! Elle s’est également assurée de bien comprendre les nombreuses informations que je lui ai transmises à ce moment, ce qui m’a aussi permis de constater son expérience dans différentes situations un peu particulières (comme pour l’administration de la médication par exemple). Elle a été super généreuse dans ses suivis pendant mon absence, en m’envoyant des messages détaillés et de superbes photos, et tout était impeccable lorsque je suis rentrée à la maison pour retrouver mes beaux matous, qui semblaient avoir apprécié sa présence autant que moi! Je la recommande donc chaleureusement et sans hésitation à toute personne à la recherche d’une personne fiable et bienveillante pour prendre soin de ses compagnons… Merci Catherine! :) "
