Hi, my name is Emily! I am a university student looking for ways to earn some extra cash in this crazy economy! Paw shake is listing my account as unavailable, but I am available as of 09/21/2024!

I have extensive experience caring for animals and spending time with pets is one of my biggest passions. I have previous experience as a veterinary assistant, dog washer, dog walker, and pet sitting. I am trained in administering insulin and oral medications, and I have lots of experience trimming both cat and rabbit nails. I, myself, own 2 dogs, a cat and three rabbits, and have previously owned multiple hamsters and guinea pigs. The majority of my experience has been with medium dogs and smaller, but I have worked with a few large dogs and am more than willing to gain more experience in that area.

Services I offer:
   

• Dog walking - The charge is for approximately 30-45 minutes. I tend to let the dogs lead the way and I'm a firm believer these walks are for them. Need to sniff around? Go for it. Want to do laps around the park? Of course! This is their time.  
• Pet sitting - Each visit is an hour in length. Price includes feeding, water change, cleaning of litter/bedding (including for small pets), letting dogs in backyard, retrieving mail/newspaper, security checks on doors and windows, plant watering, medication and playtime.  
• Grooming - This does not include haircuts. I can bathe your pets and I will also do nail trims on small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs) and cats, depending on the temperament of the cat and as long as they are fully vaccinated.  
• I am also willing to do pick up/drop offs if need be. Price will be based upon distance travelled.  
• Overnight sitting at your house.
  
• I do not offer services in my own home.
  

I live in Hamilton but am in Mississauga throughout the week so am willing to service those cities as well as surrounding areas!
