Hi, my name is Oceanna! I have always had a deep love and passion for animals, and caring for pets has been a huge part of my life. I have been working in dog daycare and boarding facilities for over two years, where I have gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.

Through my work, I have experience administering medications, following scheduled feeding routines, monitoring dog behaviour, providing enrichment through play and training, and making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I have also been dog sitting since 2021, giving me over five years of experience caring for pets outside of my own home.

I currently have a 1-year-old Yorkie mix who is very friendly, well-socialized, crate trained, and has been coming to work with me since he was young. He loves meeting other dogs and is used to being around different personalities. I also previously owned a Cane Corso, which gave me experience with larger breeds as well.

When caring for your pet, I take the time to understand their individual needs and personality. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, nervous, playful, or needs extra patience, I adjust my approach to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I believe every pet deserves the same love and attention they receive at home.

For dog walking, I enjoy taking dogs on relaxing neighbourhood walks, usually around 30–60 minutes depending on their energy level, age, and comfort. If your dog is familiar and comfortable with dog parks, I also have a nearby dog park that my own dog and I enjoy visiting.

I offer daycare in my home and have a large fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and get fresh air. Pets are supervised throughout the day, and I always prioritize their safety and wellbeing. I am comfortable following your preferred routines, including crate training, feeding schedules, medication needs, and sleeping arrangements that work best for your pet.

In case of an emergency, I stay calm, assess the situation, contact the owner immediately, and follow any emergency instructions provided. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring and responsible hands.

I am home all day on Sundays and can accommodate scheduling based on my work hours. I would love the opportunity to meet your furry family member and provide them with a safe, fun, and loving experience while you’re away! 🐾
