Hi there! my name is Dorsa and I'm so happy you're here :) 

Animals have always been a big part of my life. Ever since I was a child, I have loved being around animals and dreamed of becoming a vet whenever someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. Life took me in a different direction, but my love and care for animals never changed.

Growing up, I was lucky enough to have many different pets and animals around me, including cats, rabbits, and lots of birds such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, and quails. They were truly part of my everyday life, which taught me that every animal has its own personality, needs, routines, and little quirks. One of the hardest things for me was having to say goodbye to my chickens when I moved to Canada.

Thankfully, it didn’t take long for animals to find their way back into my life. I began helping neighbours with their dogs and cats through pet sitting, and I quickly realized how much I genuinely enjoyed it. For me, pet sitting has always felt like a two-way relationship: I’m helping owners feel comfortable knowing their pets are safe and cared for, while I get the joy of spending time with animals.

I understand that leaving your pet with someone else can be difficult, so I want every pet in my care to feel comfortable, safe, and respected. I take the time to get to know each animal’s personality and routine, and I’m happy to follow the instructions and habits that make them feel most at home.

Whether your pet needs companionship, playtime, feeding, walks, or simply someone trustworthy around while you’re away, I will treat them with the same patience, kindness, and attention that I would give my own animals.
