I've owned a plethora of animals in my time, from cats and dogs to reptiles and rodents, and even fish and insects! Spending time with critters is one of my favorite things and I love learning about them. I can't really have many pets currently due to my small living quarters, but I'm hoping to fill the void by walking or visiting with any creatures in need.
I am originally from the United States, where I left my beloved dog with my family due to an inability to bring her to college with me, and unfortunately she passed happily due to old age last year, and I deeply miss her, as well as any dogs in my life. I treat all dogs (and animals for that matter) with the same friendly, gentleness they require, and try to emphasise giving personal space when they need it. Especially for the ones that are on the shy side, as they require more time and space to acclimate to a new person.
As for the pets I do have, I have two cats by the name of Butter and Whiskey. They're both a little shy, but they are very affectionate and love sleeping nearby wherever I am.
