Hello !

I am Anne, I am an enthusiastic and energetic person who loves and cares for animals of all shapes and sizes.

I was lucky to be born into a family of animal lovers and grew up in a rural village in the Netherlands with cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, horses and the occasional rescued wildlife, quite the zoo!

Being around so many amazing animals led me to pursue a university degree in Equine Science, with a specialization in Behavioural Science. Since then I have worked as a professional horse trainer in the US, where I rehabilitated traumatized and injured sports and rescue horses.

Wherever I have lived I have enjoyed pet sitting for friends and family, I love getting to know animals and their unique, quirky characters.

Since coming to Canada I have worked as a full-time professional dog walker, an incredibly fun and educational experience that I look forward to continuing.

I have cared for cats and dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. Additionally, I have cared for fish, various rodents, and even a lovely bearded dragon.
My other hobby is gardening and according to my partner I have too many houseplants, you can rest assured that these will be well taken care of too!

My approach to pet care is rooted in love, understanding and respect, offering whatever stimulation and care your pet needs, indoors or out.

Drop-in visits:

30-45 minutes in duration, longer available on request!

I will take care of the water, food, potential medication and litter, plants and your mail. Plus anything else you require. With lots of love, cuddles and play time of course!

House sits: maximum of 4 nights

I currently work full-time Monday - Friday, please keep this in mind when booking house sits, I will be away from 9-10 hours every day.
