About Me
I was born and raised in Toronto with two family dogs, and today I’m a proud dog parent to a 3‑year‑old German Shepherd–Poodle mix. I’m currently a third‑year student at the University of Ottawa, and dog sitting allows me to support my education while doing something I genuinely love.

From a young age, I learned how much joy dogs bring into our lives. I’m caring, patient, attentive, and deeply committed to treating every dog as if they were my own. When you choose me as your sitter, you’re choosing someone who values trust, communication, and your dog’s well‑being above all else.

Services & Rates

Dog Boarding: $35 per day/night
• One dog at a time (unless from the same family)
• Adult dogs only (18 months+)
• Check‑in/out between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (I am flexible, let me know in advance)
• Boarding is based on a 24‑hour cycle; late pickup is $2/hour. For example, If check-in is at 9:00 AM; check-out time is at 9:00 AM (the next day, for one night boarding) at the max.

Dog Daycare:
• Up to two dogs at a time

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Living room or crate (door open or closed)

Play, Walks & Environment

Your dog will enjoy:

1. A large fenced backyard with plenty of space, trees, shade, and fresh air

2. I keep my fenced backyard clean and the grass trimmed regularly to help reduce ticks, so your dog can play safely and comfortably

3. Walks in Gatineau Park (30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your preference)

4. I will provide constant supervision

Weather Policy:
During rainy days, outdoor time is limited to backyard play for safety. Walks may be shortened to 30 minutes or paused entirely during extreme weather or slippery conditions. Walk everyday including Sunday, weather permitted. I love to walk in nature.

Home Rules & Requirements

• Dogs must be potty‑trained and house‑trained
• Vaccinations up to date (especially Rabies)
• Tick control recommended during spring & summer
• No puppies

For Overnight Boarding:
• Please bathe your dog before drop‑off
• Provide emergency contacts (family/friends/vet)
• Bring food, treats, bowls, toys, bed/blanket, towel, comb, collar, leash, poop bags, and any routine notes

I provide daily updates (minimum twice per day) so you always know how your dog is doing.

Meet & Greet (Required by Pawshake)

For safety and privacy, our first meeting (about 20 minutes) will take place at Gatineau Park (Relais Plein Air, Gatineau) not at a private home.
Payment must be completed through Pawshake before I can share my address (for security reasons).

3. Do you feed human food? If yes, what kind?
4. Collar or harness for walks?
5. Does your dog frequently look behind during walks?
6. How often and how long do you walk your dog?
7. Where does your dog sleep at home?
8. Has your dog been crate‑trained?
9. Do you want paw balm applied after outdoor time? (extra charge)
10. Do you want teeth cleaning? (extra charge)
11. Is your dog currently on tick prevention?
12. Any medical condition? (extra charge to administer medicine)

I took dog training courses at the K9 Training Institute, and I apply positive‑reinforcement techniques to ensure your dog feels safe, calm, and understood.
