Hi, my name is Carrie! I’ve always loved animals, and I really enjoy making pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I have over 2 years of pet-sitting experience caring for both dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, playtime, litter box cleaning, overnight stays, and giving pets lots of companionship and attention 🥰

I’m also a 5-star pet sitter on Rover, and I’m happy to share my reviews upon request. For house sitting, boarding, or daycare, I only care for one client’s pets at a time, so your pet gets plenty of individual attention and I can closely follow their usual routine.

For dogs, my typical walks are around 30–45 minutes, depending on their age, energy level, weather, and what they’re used to. I’m also happy to provide shorter or longer walks if needed. I try to keep alone time to a minimum, and because most of my classes are online, I can generally stay with your pet for most of the day during daycare and overnight stays.

I know every pet has a different personality and needs, so I always like to learn about their feeding schedule, favourite activities, walking habits, medications, and anything that helps them feel most comfortable. I’m also happy to send regular photo and message updates, usually at least twice a day, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands.

I’m currently a student with a very flexible schedule and am available for daytime care, drop-in visits, dog walking, extended stays, and overnight care depending on the dates.

For safety, I carefully follow all owner instructions regarding leashes, feeding, medications, doors, gates, and interactions with other animals. I will only give treats if you’ve confirmed they’re allowed, and I’ll always follow any dietary restrictions or feeding instructions you provide.

If your pet is staying at my home, I have a dog bed, toys, food and water bowls, and a comfortable space where they can relax. I also have a pet camera so I can check in on them if I ever need to step out for more than 2 hours.
