About Caitlyn
My name is Caitlyn Reimer and I have loved animals my entire life. I foster dogs through Paws-United and have lots of experience with puppies especially. My dog Zelda goes everywhere with me and I lovingly call her my baby.
We live in a three story townhouse. The animals only have access to the two upper floors as the basement is under renovation. They will have access to the back fenced in patio (with supervision), the kitchen, living room, and upstairs bedroom.
Zelda and I go on morning walks before I go to work and then for another walk once I return home (usually totally to 1.5 hours per day). We love to go hiking on the weekends and usually are found somewhere in the woods.
I do work during the week and Zelda is left at home free with our cats. She is not crated. I believe in positive training and will follow whatever training style you use with your fur baby (as long as it is ethical). If your pet requires crating during the day I would be more than happy to accommodate. We do have a small fenced in area in as our backyard and they would never have access to it unsupervised.
If given the chance to take care of your furry family members my goal is to make them feel like part of my family. They will receive the best care and love while you are away. I will be more than happy to send you pictures and updates if that is what you require as proof of their well-being.
Boarding: I will walk your pet in the morning before I go to work as well as in the afternoon after I am done work. On weekends I will walk your pet as soon as I wake up and again during the day. With your permission I will take them with us on hiking adventures and send you lots of photos. I am happy to follow their feeding schedule and am able to administer pill medication, but anything past that I have never done. If I am boarding your pet and they are crated I will be putting their crate in our bedroom upstairs, if they are able to do stairs, or in the kitchen if they cannot do stair. I will ask for specifics on their food (how much to give and their feeding schedule) so that there is no disruption.
House sitting: I will walk your pet in the morning before I go to work as well as in the afternoon after I am done work. On weekends I will walk them in the morning and then at some point during the day. I am happy to follow their feeding schedule and am able to administer pill medication, but anything past that I have never done. I will follow any instructions left by the owner and make sure that their pets are as well cared for as if they were me own!
Check ins/dog walks: During the week I will be able to stop in before I go to work, right after work, and before bed. This would be the same schedule if I am checking on any smaller pets. Weekends I have a lot more flexibility. I will follow any instructions that the owner leaves for me.
