Hi. My name is Catherine. I live in Sudbury. I have a cat who is 16 years old and has been with me since she was a few weeks old. We also have a border collie (see gallery) who lives with my parents in Sudbury. I would love to have a dog, but I live alone and I know it would be hard to take care of one by myself since I work and sometimes travel. However, I love taking care of animals, and that is why I would love to be a sitter. 

As mentioned, I have lots of experience with cats. For most of my life, there has been a cat (or two) in the house. We also had a Boston terrier who was with us for 13 years before passing in 2019. I love walking with dogs. When I sit the border collie, she gets two hours of walking a day! I drive, so I am able to pick up and drop off your pets if needed. I am also available for overnight stays. I can do things like water plants and bring in mail if needed as well. For pet visits, I will stay with your pet for at least a half hour at a time. 

This summer (2023), my schedule will allow me to be free Friday through Monday, which means I could be available for sitting if you're looking to go away for a long weekend. I am reliable and trustworthy. I genuinely care about animals and their welfare. I will take care of your loved ones as if they were my own. 

Pet visits: at least a half hour per visit (can also water plants, bring in mail)

Dog walking: Time depends on what you want for your dog. Every dog is different. Will walk in your neighbourhood.

Overnight stays at your home: flexible

General availability (September - December): Most days except Thursdays and Fridays. unless it's in the evening
