Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm 39 & live in the Commercial Drive/Hastings Sunrise area.
I have 2 pets of my own, two 15 year old cats. One I've had since a kitten, the other was adopted about 2 years later.
One of my cats has had ongoing urinary issues & is now living with kidney disease so I have experience administering medication & being sensitive to special needs. I'm calm & kind & patient with them.
I grew up with a few cats & spent a lot of time at my grandparents' farm which is likely where my love of animals really grew. There were dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, goats and more. I loved every moment I spent there!
I haven't had a dog of my own but I've been around many (friends/family/dog friendly office) and have looked after friends' / clients' dogs over long & short term trips.
I'm currently offering visits/walks from Mon-Fri and some weekends. I work full time M-F 9-5 so I'm good with visits in the mornings/evenings but could accommodate a mid day visit if you live nearby (I am working from home these days). Each visit/walk will be a minimum of 30 minutes & will ensure your pets needs are met before I go.
I'm fully vaccinated and will sanitize my hands before I enter your home.

Stephanie is great! My regular pet sitter was away and I needed someone to care for my cat. Stephanie was very kind, communicative, and has a way with animals (my shy cat warmed up to her very quickly). She sent daily updates and kept a good eye on things around the house too (our mail basket fell off the wall and she notified us of that as well). 100% recommend!
Stephanie took great care of our senior cat while we were away. She went above and beyond to ensure she received all of her medication and provided us with detailed updates about how she was doing at each visit. We were nervous to leave our cat due to her health issues, but we felt very at ease with Stephanie cat sitting. We would definitely book her again in the future.
