I love animals and will be very pleased to take care of yours! When I was young, I used to look after a friend's cats and fish whenever her family went out of town, and I have been taking care of my own cat Ollie ("Monkey Man") for the past 10 years. Growing up, we always had a cat, and I feel I have a special bond with them. I like to think I can read their behaviour pretty well at this point! I am happy to care for other small animals (hamsters, Guinea pigs, bunnies, fish...) too. If you provide me with instructions to follow, I will make sure they are well-looked after.

At this time, I am offering home visits for cats and small animals (one or two per day, as requested). Each visit would be 30 minutes, during which I will play with and pet or otherwise interact with your animals. I will replenish food and water, and can scoop litter, clean up messes, groom as requested. I could also give oral medication (no injections). I am happy to water plants (with instructions) and check mail as well. I enjoy dogs too, but never having been a dog owner myself, I am still learning about how best to care for them, and so may add them to my scope in future.

My muggle job is as an Administrator at a local college. I work Monday-Friday during the day, so home visits would happen outside of my regular work hours. I prefer to take jobs closer to my area (see map), but may be able to accommodate 1/day visits further away. I'm happy to discuss your needs and make a plan that works for you.
