Hi! My name is Maura, and I am a 24 year old student and restaurant server. I have recently spent a lot of time around a good friend that dog sits/house sits regularly and realized that this is something I too have a passion for! I love all animals, I grew up with cats all my life and around other family/friends' dogs. I have experience house sitting and caring for friends, family, and neighbours cats and dogs throughout my life.

I am currently on a leave of absence from the Midwifery program at McMaster to work and gain some more life experience. I have a huge passion for reproductive health and newborn care. In addition, I do have a restaurant position where I am working short shifts approximately 3-4 days a week, for between 4-6 hours at a time.

Unfortunately, I currently live with family that has indoor cats and as such I cannot house/board animals myself. However these animals are fully vaccinated, healthy and regularly taken to the vet.

I am however very open to house sitting, dog or cat sitting, and dog walking! I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and have experience sitting larger/more hyper dogs.

I am hoping to meet and help out some lovely families and their pets in the Hamilton area.
