Hi! I’m Kirsten, a lifelong animal lover, professional pet spoiler, and the kind of person who will absolutely stop mid-conversation to say hi to a dog. I started pet sitting because I genuinely love being around animals and know how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets like family.

Before pet sitting, I worked as a vet tech for 6 years, where I gained experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, personalities, and medical needs. I eventually decided to go back to school, but after leaving the clinic world, I realized pretty quickly that I still needed my daily dose of animals (lol). That’s what inspired me to start pet sitting, it lets me keep doing something I genuinely love while helping pet owners feel confident their pets are in good hands.

Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and cuddly, or a tiny bit chaotic, I make it my goal to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m comfortable caring for multiple pets, following specific feeding or medication routines, and working with pets who may need a little extra patience or attention. Thanks to my vet tech background, I’m also experienced in recognizing when something may be off with your pet’s health or behaviour.

A typical visit includes feeding, fresh water, walks or playtime, litter box or potty breaks, cuddles, enrichment, and of course lots of updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and cared for.
