My name is Antoine. I’m a government employee living in Centretown, Ottawa, and I’d be happy to help care for your pet while you’re away. I’m bilingual in English and French.

I grew up around cats and dogs and have always enjoyed spending time with animals. I’m calm, reliable, attentive, and careful about following each pet’s routine so they feel safe and comfortable.

I live alone in a pet-friendly apartment in Centretown, close to several parks and green spaces. My apartment is small but comfortable, so for now I can only accept up to two pets from the same household at a time. This allows me to give each pet proper attention and keep the environment calm.

I work from home two days a week and am generally available on weekends, which allows me to spend plenty of time with pets in my care. For dogs, I’m happy to provide regular walks, outdoor time, and play depending on their needs and energy level. I enjoy hiking and outdoor activities, so I’m very comfortable with active dogs, but I’m equally happy to adapt to a quieter routine for less active pets.

I can take dogs out several times a day, including morning, daytime, and evening walks, depending on their usual schedule. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured while you’re away.

Please let me know about any special needs, routines, allergies, medications, or behaviours I should be aware of. I’m comfortable administering most medications, except injections. You’re also very welcome to bring your pet’s favourite toys, bed, treats, or anything else that helps them feel at home.

Every pet has their own personality, and my priority is to keep yours safe, comfortable, and happy while they’re with me.
