I am currently working as a Veterinary Assistant in West Kelowna and my end goal is to go to veterinary school in 2026 once I have received my undergraduate degree. I've had pets my whole life. My family has Dani, a 7 year old Border Collie, so I am no stranger to high energy dogs! I also have a 9 year old orange cat, Roxy, who is as fiesty as her name implies. Since I grew up around animals I am very comfortable around both dogs and cats and, being a vet assistant, have experience in all areas of care including; picky eaters, giving medication, nail trims, crating, litterbox changing, walks (and training), and of course all the tummy rubs and head scratches they can take!

My passion for animals goes beyond just care; I am dedicated to ensuring their happiness and well-being. I understand that each pet has its own unique personality and needs, and I am committed to making every interaction positive and stress-free. Additionally, my background in veterinary care gives me the skills to handle any situation with calm and confidence.
