I’ve been caring for cats for about a year as both a cat owner and a volunteer at my local animal shelter. Working with cats of all ages and personalities has taught me that no two cats are alike, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know what makes each one feel comfortable and safe.

I believe the best care starts with respecting a cat’s personality, comfort level, and body language. Some cats are ready to play the moment you walk through the door, while others need a little time before they feel comfortable. I never force interaction. Instead, I let cats set the pace, whether that means playtime, cuddles, quiet companionship, or simply giving them the space they need.

During every visit, I’ll provide fresh food and water, clean the litter box, play with your cat if they’re interested, and spend quality time making sure they’re happy and comfortable. I’m also comfortable administering oral medications when needed and will monitor for any changes in behaviour, appetite, or litter box habits.

You’ll receive detailed updates and photos after each visit, so you’ll always know how your cat is doing. Whether your cat is calm, anxious, playful, independent, or a little spicy, my goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both of you.
