I'm Victoria, a 23-year old with,

of course, a love for

dogs, cats, and most animals! I have lived in Burlington my whole life in addition to 4 years in Hamilton while attending McMaster University so I am familiar with various hiking areas, off-leash dog parks, long paved paths for walking, and other pet-friendly areas. Most of the year I work with the City of Burlington under the Roads, Parks, and Forestry Department. In my off months, I am available to provide

flexible and reliable pet services. My family has always had 1-2 dogs, as well as 1-2 cats, allowing me to feel comfortable around many sizes and behaviour types of animals. For many years I trained as a horseback rider and spent lots of time at the stable, where you learned to appreciate for all of the time and effort the owners' put into the training and caring for of their animals. For that reason, I am dedicated to practising the same training habits that you as a pet owner use for your furry friends while I am with your pet.

At home, we currently have two Shepherd-mix dogs, Duke and Luna, and one cat, Ginger, who is a Diluted Tortie. Both of our dogs eat raw food weighed out with multiple medications/supplements added, therefore I'm familiar with this kind of food and am comfortable with providing medication if needed. Ginger, the princess, eats wet food in the morning then grazes on dry throughout the day. Besides my own pets, I have experience working with rescue dogs, which can be quite a challenge but is so rewarding when you create that special bond with them. I have also been responsible for looking after two lovely small dogs for 2 weeks full-time, providing walks, feeding, some basic grooming, and tons of cuddles.

SERVICES: I offer drop-in visits, walking services, and house stays.

For drop-ins, services I will travel to your home and spend the desired amount of time with your pet (usually 30 min - 1 hour). This service is great for anyone that needs to relieve their pet mid-day with a walk, some play time, or a bathroom break, or provide a lunch-time feeding. This is especially good for puppies that are crated and need to be attended to more frequently.

For walking services, I will travel to your home and take your pet on a private walk for the desired amount of time (usually 30 min - 1 hour), and leave them feeling happy and loved (and clean!!). I am comfortable walking dogs on and off-leash and walking more than one at a time.

For house stays, I will stay at your home for the desired amount of time (usually 1-6 days) and provide one-on-one care for your pet(s), walks included.

I am available in the daytime, afternoon, evenings, and on some weekends and/or overnights for bookings. No matter what, I guarantee all of my attention is on your furry friend when we're together.
