Hi! My name is Kate, and I’m a passionate and experienced animal caregiver currently working as an Animal Care Attendant at the OSPCA. I care for animals every day, including feeding, cleaning, monitoring health, and providing enrichment and attention. Through this, I’ve become confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, as well as cats and other small animals.

I offer pet sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking, feeding, playtime, and basic care. I’m comfortable working with high-energy dogs who need exercise, as well as shy or nervous pets who need patience and a calm, gentle approach. I adapt to each animal’s unique personality and routine to help them feel safe and comfortable.

With my hands-on experience, I’m confident recognizing animal behaviour, handling unexpected situations, and prioritizing safety at all times. I’m also happy to follow specific instructions, maintain routines, and provide photo and text updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your animal. I treat every pet as if they were my own and aim to create a calm, caring, and reliable experience for both you and your pet.

I’m free anytime Tuesday–Thursday, and the rest of the week I’m available after 6 PM! I’m flexible though, so just message me and we can figure something out 😊
