Hi there my name is Andria! I believe you need two things to be a pet sitter: love and experience. I have been pet sitting for friends for over ten years and absolutely love it! I just discovered this awesome app where people can reach out to me. I would love to have a dog or cat of my own. Unfortunately the place I am currently living at does not allow pets so pet sitting is a great opportunity for me to be with animals. I am an active person so dog walking is enjoyable for me. Then cats are both sweet and independent like myself. Guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, mice, fish, whatever pet you have will be well taken care of. Your pet will be in the best hands! Walks are generally 30 minutes and can be customized. Usually a jacket or boots for the snow have worked well in bad weather. If an emergency occurs I would contact you, the owner, and vet if required. Drop in visits include providing the pet with food and water as well as cuddles if they like. Some animals need play time and I will provide as much as I can! You will receive picture updates showing how each visit or walk went. I am available to provide 24/7 care. I believe it is important to create a positive atmosphere even for nervous animals. Building trust through scent and a calm voice usually works.
