Hi, I’m Erin, though most people know me as Addie.

I was raised on a farm, so caring for animals has been a part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. I grew up helping care for horses, cows, dogs, cats, chickens, fish, and turtles, which taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and understanding each animal’s individual needs.

Over the years, I’ve cared for many cats, including rescues, and I’m very familiar with their daily routines, feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, enrichment, and recognizing changes in their behavior. I’m comfortable caring for kittens that require more frequent meals as well as adult and senior cats with established routines.

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally. I’ve spent years walking, exercising, and caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. During walks, I adjust my handling style to each dog’s needs. With larger, stronger dogs, I maintain a confident, secure leash hold while still allowing them to enjoy exploring safely. With smaller or more relaxed dogs, I keep a comfortable amount of leash while following their pace and encouraging plenty of sniffing and enrichment.

My goal is always to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible. Whether it’s feeding, medication, exercise, playtime, or simply providing companionship, I carefully follow your instructions so your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

I’m also an active person who enjoys hiking, swimming, and paddleboarding. If you have an adventurous, water-loving dog, I’m happy to offer supervised swimming or paddleboarding outings, and I have life jackets available in multiple sizes for added safety.

I truly treat every animal as if they were my own. Building trust, understanding their unique personalities, and giving them loving, dependable care is what I enjoy most. Pet care isn’t just something I do—it’s what I love, and I’d be honored to care for your furry family members.
