Hello, and thank you for considering me.
I am a wife and dog mom to 3 senior Shih Tzu's.
My animal care career started as a groomer after completing a grooming course at Pets Beautiful Grooming school in 2007.
Since then I have expanded my training and career in all types of animal care.
I am certified for Animal First Aid and CPR through St Johns Ambulance.
Throughout my personal and professional experiences I have training in providing general and medical care, fear free handling and safe transportation.
My passion and experience for animals of all species continues to grow, professionally and personally. I continue to study animal related courses such as; Fear Free Care, Infection and disease, Zoonosis proper animal handling , and how to spot stress, depression, anxiety, and or changes in pets general behaviours
My training and experience allow me to provide medical care such as, administering medications orally and subcutaneously, cleaning , feeding, socializing and 1 on 1 care. I provide daily entertainment through music, play, walks, grooming (ie brushing your pet) cuddles and love so they feel safe, secure and happy in your absence. My focus is to provide a positive , comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I am so super happy to have met Billie-Lyn, I was worried about finding someone who didn’t mind small rodents, and turned out she has the same love for all fur babies that I do. She was very professional, sent a few pics of the cats so I knew they were well taken care of! She even brought a treat for my cats!
