I want all dogs to be well taken care of and loved. As we know they are not "just a dog" they are family. To me that means while showing love and affection also respecting their needs, and unique personalities. 
I have two of my own dogs - a shitzu poodle and a toy poodle. Both who are very loved and adored. I would treat your dog as my own while following your exact directions. I would my sure to make them feel at ease while their favourite person(s) are not there. It's never easy for the owner or the dog to be with a stranger but I assure you that you will be at ease with me. And your dog will notice that I'm a safe and friendly person to be around. 
Did someone say walk?! Like a dog I enjoy the out doors and walks both short and long distance. I love to toss the ball for my furry friends and give all sorts of belly rubs ( if the dog is A-OK with that )

I am a Squamish local, who relocated to North Van to study biology at Capilano University. Where I have now settled with my partner.  I am a life long animal lover, wild and domesticated. I am not picky about what kind of animal, from creepy crawlys to furry friends I love them all. I grew up raising and fostering cats which has given me a great apperciation for gaining an animals love and respect which I carry into all animal and human interactions. I have also worked as a farm hand in the squamish valley, working with large and small animals. My time studying biology also has given me experience working with anphibians, instects, archnids and other wetland species. I am very confident in my skills with animals from all walks of life. I have also house / pet throughout much of life for friends and family and have gained a reilable and trust worthy reputation.&nbsp;
Outside of that I am a member of the Axemen Rugby Club, a dedicated Canucks fan, and Vancouver indie music fan. I grew up fishing, biking, hiking and exoloring much of British Columbia and would love to see more, not just of our home, but the whole world.
I have no pets of my own meaning I can dedicate 100% of attention to your pet(s), my apartment also doesnt allow pets, meaning I cannot do boarding or daycare at my own home. However I do have a car and access to lots of off and on leash outdoor spaces. I do have access to a pet first aid and cpr certified indavidual and pet first aid kits in my home.&nbsp;I offer walks, house visits, and house sitting / in home daycare. I have a reliable truck and knowledge of local trails, making me a great trail buddy for your dog(s). Not just dogs tho, I am comfortable with animals of all sizes and species and have worked with everything from tiny tadpoles to large farm animals. I have an respect for all critters big and small. As an international student, it has meant that I have left all of my beloveds at home (dogs, cats, horses) so I am in desperate need of some animal time to keep the homesickness at bay! I am currently in my fourth year of Univeristy and have one semester left at the University of British Columbia while I complete my student exchange.

Hi, I'm Victor! I'm a young professional working in Tech in Vancouver. Originally from France, I moved to Canada in 2017.&nbsp;
In France, I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs. I spent most of my afternoons after school taking care of them. That included feeding them, grooming them, taking them to the Vet when needed, walking them, and of course playing with them.
Ever since I moved to Canada, I miss my dogs, therefore being a dog sitter came as an obvious choice when looking for hobbies.&nbsp;
I am really not doing this for money, but just to spend time with dogs. Here is what I do and when I'm available:

I can walk your dog every day (except on weekends) for 2 hours after 2:30 PM. I live in Kitsilano, so I would mostly walk your dog around Kits Beach and Jericho Beach. I am runner, so I could also go for a run with dog, if you want them to exercise.
I can do home visits for a couple for 3 hours after 2:30 PM, I can do other things while coming for home visits (water your plants or get your mail). I can telework everyday, so if you are comfortable with me working around your dog, I can spend the day at your house.

J'entends par là les nourrir, les nettoyer, les emmener chez le vétérinaire quand nécessaire, les promener, et bien évidemment passer des heures à jouer avec eux.&nbsp;
M'occuper de chiens me manque énormément depuis que je vis ici. Devenir dog sitter s'est donc révélé être un choix naturel.&nbsp;
Je ne veux vraiment pas faire cette activité pour l'argent, mais juste pour passer un peu de temps avec des chiens. Voici ce que je fais, et quand je suis disponible:

Je peux promener votre chien tous les jours (sauf la fin de semaine) à partir de 2:30 PM pendant 2 heures. Je vis à Kitsilano, donc je promènerai votre chien vers Kits Beach et Jericho Beach. Je suis également un coureur, donc je peux aussi emmener votre chien faire un peu d'exercice.
Je peux faire des visites à la maison pour une duree de 3 heures a partir de 2:30 PM. Pendant ces visites, je peux egalament arroser vos plantes et aller chercher votre courrier. Je peux teletravailler tous les jours, donc si vous êtes confortable a l'idée que je travaille en présence de votre chien, je peux rester la journée au complet.
